Very clean location in Walnut Hill. Ordered online, and picked up my food at the store. Staff wasn't rude, and food was ready. Checked the pizza before leaving, and a topping I ordered was missing. Didn't feel like waiting, so I didn't mention it. Got home and tried the food. Hands down the saltiest pizza I've ever had. Couldn't finish two slices. Threw the rest out. Will not return.

The chicken wings arrived cold and under cooked. They didn’t pack the bleu cheese I ordered. I called and the guy working said what about it. He didn’t care at all. I wouldn’t recommend to my friends or family. Do not order from here your wasting your money.

If you go in you get better service then delivery. It's not drivers fault. But past 3 times I have ordered my pizza like warm chicken wings are cold. Everyone knows if you work over 12 hours you want to come home eat and relax. Heating up food I shouldn't have to after paying close to 40.00 for some pizza and 16 wings. It has been different prices when I order same thing each time. I want to know why?

This time the employee told me i shouldn’t be upset even though what i paid for and drove all the way home with was not what i ordered. These employees need to pay attention to the pizzas they are making, boxing, and sending out to customers. It is unacceptable that a order cannot be made correctly & consistently!

They canceled my carry out order despite the app having a later cut off time for carry out orders. They called me to let me know they were canceling it, which I fully understand. So I did a new order for delivery and they canceled that out as well and then did not call me for that one. I called them and they gave excuses about not being able to deliver soon. During college and COVID, I worked for multiple Papa John franchises and none of the stores would have done something like this. If you do not plan to serve food past a certain time, then that means you are closed.
First time ordering from Papa JohnI had my cousin place order for me since I’m fairly new to the area. I had her order me a small supreme pizza I went in to pick up my order what I should have done was open the pizza box . Huge mistake ! I get back to where I’m staying looked more like a pepperoni pizza ! Where’s the sausage , onions , mushrooms, green peppers , etc oh and CHEESE ! Who wants a saucy pizza !Next time I’ll stick with Pizza Hut ! Their small supreme pizza Atleast have everything I ask for on a pizza !Papa John supreme pizza is a Noooo for me ! I should have requested my money back someone clearly don’t know how to make pizza.
