Definitely the worse pizza I’ve ever gotten. Got 2 “My Hut Box” and both of them had buffalo sauce drenched onto the pizza. Disgusting! Also looks like the cheese didn’t even melt. Definitely not the Pizza Hut I’m used to. ALSO! I ordered ranch (which they charged me for it) and I got BLUE CHEESE!!

This place is great. Unbelievably excellent service. I was served by a Devan, and couldn’t be happier with his service. He went above and beyond for everybody around. Make unbelievably great conversation. Treated all the delivery people that came in with great respect. I fully believe he deserves a raise!

Ordered a pizza for my wife to pick up. The person working the front counter couldn't find the order. They had my wife contacting the pizza hut 1-800 number. She dealt with them for an hour to be told “oh your order is right here”. Then proceeded to give her a shitty excuse saying they do things different for online orders. The customer service was so terrible they couldn't even say sorry for their own mistake. Would be nice if this particular location learned the word accountability.

Placed an order through door dash over 40$ and someone picked it up & then cancelled the order after it was picked up.. tried calling the number to this exact crater rd restaurant & it goes straight to a call center the number doesn’t even work. Smh never again that 804-861-3519 number do not work! How can you place an order or resolve anything if theres a problem?
