Walked in to a bunch of people huddled around the front counter. Got my food. These intellectually challenged people decided to shove 4 containers of wings into a paper bag, sauce was everywhere! Got my pizzas home and they weren't even cut neither were the breadsticks. If you don't wanna do your very basic job, why work there?

This used to be a good Pizza Hut, now they can't do anything right. We spent over an hour on the phone with customer service the other night due to a completely wrong order that was delivered, just trying to get a replacement. They never delivered the replacement. Customer service couldn't get the store to answer the phone, we couldn't get the store to answer the phone.When someone finally picked up the phone, they immediately hung up on us. We tried for several hours to get a hold of the store. Finally, we settled for store credit, which has yet to show up. If you HAVE to have pizza, always do pick-up so when they screw up your order (which they will somehow) you can be standing right there to get it sorted out instead of playing telephone tag.

There was a delivery error, where the wrong pizza was given. The store did not answer their phone for hours, including picking up and hanging up on me when I said "hello". I contacted the call center for a remake, which was never delivered. I tried to cancel the order and request a refund instead. I was told the account would be credited, but that never showed and is inaccessible. A terrible experience in all, the store was literally unreachable, and it took hours of waiting and calling to reach a non-solution.

I crave the tavern pizza with jalapeño and extra sauce and for some reason this pizzahut will not provide extra sauce on the pizza and won't remake either. There customer service is awful and when they wouldn't remake it or let me speak to the manager they said I could buy the sauce but it wasn't even the sauce that goes on the pizza. They were nasty like the sauce comes out there paycheck. Smh. I used to actually work there and run one. Pizzahut has went downhill...sucks that there my pregnancy craving...smh

I’ve contacted the store to see if they could accommodate a free pizza later and the only thing they could do was remake it because apparently the store always has issues and cannot reasonably accommodate you. I did not want to drive all the way back as it was carry out.

This is the second time I've ordered from them, and the Supreme Pizza was the worst. It didn't have a good taste at all. It had plenty of toppings, but it could have used a couple more minutes in the oven. It didn't taste like pizza hut pizza, its like they used a different sauce. They had the wrong name on my order after I had spelled it for them. Just learn today that the wings weren't good, too.

This location was great when it first opened but now it's really hit or miss. I forgot delivery instructions, so I called to let them know, but was told "I'd already started turning my equipment off so I had canceled your order. I'm done for tonight hun" before she hung up on me. I placed the order a little after 11pm & was not even notified that my order had been canceled.
