Worst Pizza Hut ever they closed the store early and lied about my first encountered with them, couldn’t even get my order. then tonight place a online order got a notification order was ready for pick up get there and my husband sits in the lobby for over 30 minutes waiting on the order that was supposed to be ready. That was only for eight wings when asked what the manager name was, they said manager just manager when he asked how long before the order gets ready. They said they don’t know and then they couldn’t find the order and then he finally gets the order.i’ll never order here again and you shouldn’t either.sincerely Cori Davis

My pizza has had little to no sauce on it the last few times I ordered. This most recent time, I asked for extra sauce and it was still dry!
Im not understanding why is it they do not use gloves and with long hair wear hair nets I noticed the lady making the pizzas touching multiple items and then still making the pizzas that is unsatisfactory and unsanitary

Ordered online. When we arrived I saw the manager and an employee making food with no gloves. No hair net. NOTHING the lady was scraping the cheese out the container with her hands. Regardless of the food going in the oven it’s nasty. We left without getting our order. I will not visit this location or any other location again. I will be calling the health department. This is how people get sick from places because of unsafe food practices like this. Restaurant smelled like sitting water floor was dirty like they never mop or sweep lobby. Absolutely unacceptable!

They suck at this location purchase food at 6:22 p.m. get to the store about 7:08 waited for a hour and a half the girl ask me what's the name I told her multiple times then she asked for my number I get receipt so after waiting my husband walks to the counter and told the girl the name again 😡 she keeps asking him what's the name or phone number so I walked to the counter and put the receipt to her face so she can see that's when the boy goes to the back and comes back with our order that we order online a hour ago the boneless wings were dry so the guy that was making the order said only thing he could do was put sauce on it and he can't remake them then he say he fixed it at 7:13 and I told him I was here since 7:08 I Will Never Come Back On God.Just Suck

I ordered my food 30 min before I went to go pick it up. I was notified that my order was ready. Upon arriving to the restaurant, the AC didn't seem to be working and I was told my order wasn't ready and was told it would be 5 min. Well, it was an additional 30 min before my food was ready. My pizza and cinnamon rolls were overcooked... hard, and the wings barely had any sauce on them. They just looked like boneless tenders. I'm very disappointed and won't be going back.
