Im not understanding why is it they do not use gloves and with long hair wear hair nets I noticed the lady making the pizzas touching multiple items and then still making the pizzas that is unsatisfactory and unsanitary

Ordered online. When we arrived I saw the manager and an employee making food with no gloves. No hair net. NOTHING the lady was scraping the cheese out the container with her hands. Regardless of the food going in the oven it’s nasty. We left without getting our order. I will not visit this location or any other location again. I will be calling the health department. This is how people get sick from places because of unsafe food practices like this. Restaurant smelled like sitting water floor was dirty like they never mop or sweep lobby. Absolutely unacceptable!

They suck at this location purchase food at 6:22 p.m. get to the store about 7:08 waited for a hour and a half the girl ask me what's the name I told her multiple times then she asked for my number I get receipt so after waiting my husband walks to the counter and told the girl the name again 😡 she keeps asking him what's the name or phone number so I walked to the counter and put the receipt to her face so she can see that's when the boy goes to the back and comes back with our order that we order online a hour ago the boneless wings were dry so the guy that was making the order said only thing he could do was put sauce on it and he can't remake them then he say he fixed it at 7:13 and I told him I was here since 7:08 I Will Never Come Back On God.Just Suck

I ordered my food 30 min before I went to go pick it up. I was notified that my order was ready. Upon arriving to the restaurant, the AC didn't seem to be working and I was told my order wasn't ready and was told it would be 5 min. Well, it was an additional 30 min before my food was ready. My pizza and cinnamon rolls were overcooked... hard, and the wings barely had any sauce on them. They just looked like boneless tenders. I'm very disappointed and won't be going back.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 6:04, it is now 7:50 still no delivery, called store spoke to manager offered no apology for being so late on delivery instead wanted to blame door dash. Just stated food has been done waiting on a driver to pick up order, so basically food has been just sitting there for almost 2 hrs, when and if food arrives it will most likely be cold and not fresh! Never ordering from there again!

Seems like every time something is ordered from here, they still manage to get it wrong.... placed an order since 1pm... it's 3:03 pm... and yet nothing... no one answers the phone .... damn just such a disappointment......

Highly unprofessional. When ordering delivery through pizza hut website/doordash partner since they didn't have any drivers. I received the wrong order for someone else and called to resolve. The order was remade for re-delivery and then the store had both my food stolen and picked up by someone else. With my actual dasher waiting for 30+ minutes in store and they refused to remake it despite their error, my dasher tried to communicate with the store directly, and even later with different dashers coming to pick up the order they did not resolve or remake. I would not order delivery from this place because it seems they don't know what they're doing, they definitely don't care and now i have to wait 3 days + for a refund and points return. Which I haven't heard back yet. in photos is direct conversation with my dasher and talking about doordash customer support. The store also did not answer the call for doordash customer support either and she called twice.

I was placed on a 15 min wait to basically never been serviced. I drove the 15 mins to the location. When I addressed the situation I was responded back with I am a little busy. Then told my meal will take 20 mins. I call in my orders to avoid the wait times.

Called to place an order over the phone and was told that ordering online would be quicker. Ordered online and got home the pizza has a big hole in it on the left side. Why would you think putting this in the box was acceptable?!?! *Always check the pizza before leaving *
The food is really good but I had a worker steal my credit card information when I called in my order. They didn't do anything to help me except fire them after I pressed charges.

Walked in to a bunch of people huddled around the front counter. Got my food. These intellectually challenged people decided to shove 4 containers of wings into a paper bag, sauce was everywhere! Got my pizzas home and they weren't even cut neither were the breadsticks. If you don't wanna do your very basic job, why work there?
