I have eaten here twice in two weeks since my mom has been in Bon Secours and food was a hit everyone. I had the veggies sub the first time and spaghetti with mushrooms and tomato sauce, the second time!!! Both were delicious.
For those who are funny about their french fries, as well, they offer crispy french fries. YUM!!!!

On the evening of October 12th, 2024, my husband ordered a Chicken Philly sub from Simonas Pizzeria. To my shock and dismay, when I took a bite, I found a bread clip lodged inside the sandwich. I couldn’t believe it—how could something like that happen? Clearly, my meal was contaminated! Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed at that time, leaving me with no one to address my concerns. Later, I was surprised to learn that they are closed on Sundays.
As I was just visiting the area and about to embark on a three-hour drive back home, I felt it necessary to contact management about the issue. I spoke with Orlyn, the manager, who asked me what I expected them to do to resolve the situation and if I had any evidence to support my claim. He mentioned that he would need to discuss it with his supervisor, and he also pointed out that they had been busy that Saturday evening, which might explain how the bread clip ended up in my food.
Overall, this experience has been incredibly disappointing, and the customer service I received was nothing short of horrible. I believe the restaurant needs to seriously reassess its operations and approach to customer care, as the treatment I experienced was completely unacceptable.

Expensive bland food mediocre at best. I was disappointed because I had eaten here before and had a wonderful food experience. In the past there were lines. Should have known when the place was empty.

Parking: Customer service is terrible. It’s as if you bother them by coming in to dine. A smile wouldn’t hurt your welcome simple stuff can really make a difference. Pizza was served on a tray with two paper plates classy. Ordered pizza an hot poppers. Poppers were just store bought pre frozen ones nothing special pizza wasn’t bad. Other then poor customer service not that bad. If they could just find employees that were friendly I would consider coming back
Don’t try in order for Delivery..Don’t let that little word Delivery next to dine in and take out fool you they in fact do not deliver however they are happy to use door dash where u can spend 70$ on ur 20$ Pizza

my team orders from Simona's OFTEN and sometimes the orders are well over $100. But particularly today I ordered the shrimp tacos (which i have before) and they were just slammed together, 2 out of my 3 tacos had 3 shrimp and 1 had 2 shrimp. THEN when I got back to work i noticed it was missing the sauce was missing, I called and i was asked did i want to walk over and get the sauce. When i walked over, i mentioned about the shrimp and i was told that "they normally dont put alot of shrimp in" girl what? these 3 tacos were $15 i can at least get the same amount... this is why we takes breaks from ordering because its never consistant. - service is cool theyre normally nice but today rubbed me all the way wrong!!!!
