the guy that works there is really creepy be careful when you go there. He also seems like the owner?
This is inside the walmart. The lady taking my order for the Chipotle philly steak sub couldn't speak English, and i had a hard time understanding her.
I got the footlong, brought it home and devoured it, as i was hungry. An hour later, i started feeling flu like symptoms. So i took some meds and layed down. Hours later i woke in cold sweats and sick... that is all i had to eat for the day. 2 days later im still feeling sick... still burping up the taste of it... bad bad food here... avoid.

I was told that the cookies are an extra charge for the 6.99 meal which does not specify that on the signage. I was told by the workers when they ring it up then the cookies are extra. If that’s the case it needs to be displayed on the signage. I hate this place and they are VERY RUDE.

Shoutout to the guy who runs it. I only ever see him by himself. And he's always friendly and kind. Nothing but love and respect for this guy.

The guy that works at the front he is super rude I couldn’t even finish asking about the deals until he gave me an attitude asking me are you going to pay with cash or card not to mention my tuna sandwich didn’t even have much tuna on it I was like where is the tuna then I told him to fill the sub with the tuna and he wanted to charge me more also he had the nerve to move the tuna around on the bread so it can look fill I was like oh no super rude and bad customer service I will not be coming to eat here again

Most pathetic sub ever! I could see the bread through the meat. 4 very thin slices of turkey 5 olive slices, 4 pickles on a footlong sub. Ridiculous!! The guy hid the subs from my wife so she couldnt see them being made. You better watch them and let them know when they need to add more toppings. Open them up and look at them before you leave.

Same guy always say they don't have specials. Doesn't say I could go outside and order online. Continuously looking at who's coming in the Walmart entrance. Nowhere on website is a customer service number unless you have a receipt of your purchase and we were there for THE BOGO 12* subs

Online pickup order and all 4 subs were wrong. Missing half veggies requested and little sauce. It was a sad sandwich. Employee was busy on the phone when I arrived and continued to stay on the phone. Not busy at all he had no other orders.

We had ordered food through Dash upon arrival. All three sandwiches were wrong. The beef had mayonnaise all over the bread not just inside but all over the bread they got Italian BMT. There was no meat it’s supposed to be double cheese and there was no double cheese. The hot shot had hardly any meat, no cheese the way it was supposed to and it had the wrong cheese. Also look like they dumped a whole pan of olives in it, and I didn’t even ask for olives when I tried to contact the store about my sandwiches they kept hanging up on me.

Toppings look old and nasty. when ordering they couldn’t get more toppings and they couldn’t put what I requested on the sub for some strange reason and I was rushed with no line behind me. 2/10 Would not recommend

Recently I placed an order at the Subway located in Walmart on Crater Rd in Petersburg, VA.I hastily left, with my Discover card still on the check out counter.Mrs Patel observed my error, could not catch up we me, and placed the card in a secure location, assuming my return. She even advised the evening staff of my error and where the card was being secured.However, I did not realize the card was missing until the next morning,following a frantic search. I went immediately to the Subway referenced, and as soon as Mrs.Patel saw me, with a big smile,withdrew the missing Discover card from its hiding place.Thank you for caring people like Mrs. Patel.

This place is inside the Walmart on the grocery side. It seems like there's always only one person working the sandwich line, a very quiet and not friendly girl. She never greets us and doesn't say I'll be with you in a second. When it's our turn she just looks at us like what do you want? The food is still alright though. This last visit there was a purse on the back counter, which is not sanitary in any way. Learn how to give good customer service.

Just needed some ice, even offered a dollar to fill up my own cup so they wouldn't have to use up one of theirs but the lady in charge still wanted full drink price for it, luckily Captain D's came to the rescue, both let me have ice and gave me a cup no charge, GOD bless ya Cap'm!!!
