Man I always dread when my order is wrong.... Fast food is WAAAY to expensive now a days to not get what you paid for. Each time I ask for my order to be made right (and I'm always VERY nice because I know mistakes happen and fast food workers do not get paid a living wage). Man if looks could kill... this is the third time I have asked for my order to be made right only to be given the death stare by workers at the window. I have for the most part just sucked it up when they get my order wrong, but if it's really messed up that's when I asked for it to be remade. Again I'm always very kind and polite only to be treated like absolute garbage from the workers at this location. I'm definitely not going to be coming to this location again, so will be eating at taco bell 95% less. I tried to be understanding for so long, but the way I was treated today was my breaking point. I have worked in fast food and I know it sucks a lot, but I've never treated anyone like that, let alone a customer that was being kind about a mistake I made....

I have been to a lot of Taco Bells in my life, but I have never had tacos that were freezing to the touch because there was frozen lettuce in them. I don't know how the staff didn't notice that, unless they just don't care, which is also worrisome. If not for the meat, my hard tacos would have been 100% freezing cold. It's ridiculous. My husband had a soft taco, so having the lettuce folded in with everything else made everything cold. I was at least able to remove the lettuce from mine and you could see the ice glistening. I do not recommend going to this location. The reason for 3 stars is because they had clean bathrooms and I was greeted. Whoever owns or manages this location- it was the staff working on 12/7/25 @ 1:30-2pm. If not for grabbing food to go as we were on a long trip, we would have taken it back.

Ordered Street chalupas and was given 2 little pieces of meat on each chalupa. Paid $17.70 for my meal just to get nothing fr. Even my Doritos tacos had a ton of lettuce with no meat. And ima truck driver so I dont be having time to come back and get food remade. I hate fast food service and quality nowadays

Customers ahead and behind me received orders in less that 8 minutes and I ordered 2 burritos and it took over 20 minutes to receive my order: the food was also cold by the time I received my order.

Yesterday on August 15th, 2025, My mom and I had 3 soft tacos and 3 crunchy tacos, I ate one soft taco and I don't actually taste no hot sauce or my mom, but we always use mild sauces on our tacos and I got the Wild Strawberry Freeze drink in the car.

This was the first time in a LONG time that I've had a particularly positive experience with fast food. Michelle was so friendly and had excellent customer service skills which is something that's hard to find nowadays. All items are present and correct and packaged with care. Very satisfied with my visit.
I placed my food order on a self serve kiosk. It allowed me to customize everything exactly as I wanted it. The food came out correctly the first time. The restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the staff was very respectful. I could not ask for more from a fast food location.

I’m at cashier ordering, one of their employees walked in from outside reeking of marijuana. Cashier was nice, but the manager had a blah attitude. I waited longer than the customer that ordered after me. His order was similar to mine. Huh? How does that work?? Food wasn’t made well either. Won’t eat at this Taco Bell Ever Again! Disappointed with overall food and service quality.
