Awesome second time at this place. The first time I did a take out order of Fried Oysters and Moroccan Lamb Meatballs. The oyster's breading was a little soggy and the meatballs were over done when i got home(I only live 15 mins away). However, that is mostly my fault because neither of those foods travel well. This time I did the dine in with the Fried Oysters and the Petersburger. The Fried Oysters were great as well as the burger. The only complaint I had was that the oysters were a little bit on the small side. I had the oysters, burger, and an old fashioned for around 48 before tip, so it's a little pricey, but well worth checking out if you're in the area. Just be advised that, some of the food doesn't travel well, and there could be a wait depending on the size of your party.

My wife and I decided to venture out to Old Town Petersburg for dinner on a Saturday night with the intent of trying The Brickhouse Run. We were not disappointed. We were greeted at the door with a smiling face who was very pleasant. We enjoyed a drink and lively conversation with some regulars at the bar while we waited for a table. Once seated, the waitress was wonderfully attentive. I had the butcher's special, which was a Waygu Ribeye that was absolutely amazing. In fact, it was the best steak that I have ever eaten, period. The entire meal was exceptional.We will be back. The Brickhouse Run will become our destination, especially when entertaining out of town guests.Parking: Free parking just a short walk from the restaurant.

I am baffled by all the hype. It was an interesting building, but beyond that, it was one of the worst meals I have had. I did try something new. However, the meat and cabbage I struggled to even cut bites it was so tough. Service was lacking. I ran out of drink for a significant period of time with no acknowledgment. I would always give a place a 2nd chance, but I don’t have much desire to go back.

Fabulous meal quaint pub atmosphere would definitely recommend. Will definitely try to get back there again when in the area. The tuna was phenomenal. My partner had the duck. She said she would have licked the plate if she wasn't in public.

Stumbled across this location when on a short trip to Richmond area. Beautiful old building with a lot of character and comfortable setting. My wife and I both got salad for dinner. Fresh ingredients, nice balance of flavors and taste. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

Great food and friendly service all while feeling like I'm in a true British pub. Had great bangers and mash. Tried a new beer recommended by our waitress and the pint was delicious. Even learned why bangers got their name. Can't wait to go back!

Good food great service! We had a large group with us celebrating two birthdays and they were very accommodating. Had to call an hour before our reservations to request to add two more to the party and they were able to do that with no kickback. I had left a message about requesting a call back to make the reservations initially and they never responded. Apart from that it was really nice and the food was good.
Great food, great service. Always a fun night out! Great seasonal menu selections. Very cool pub!

I've been to this restaurant with my husband, my brother in law and sister in law several times .the staff is very friendly knowledgeable and very accommodating. the restaurant has the British vibe look for sure. I have to give praises to the chef because anyone who's vegan wouldn't go there based on the menu but don't let that stop you! the chef has always accommodated me and always made me a delicious vegan dish which some other restaurants simply can't or won't do. 5 stars well deserved!!!!
