STEAL CREDIT CARD INFO!! They took my friend’s credit card info at the food truck and a few days after they ate there my friend noticed that there were SEVERAL FRAUDULENT transactions (all over $100) from this business. My friend had to close their account, file a dispute and report the business. What business does that? Be careful eating here.

7/31 traditionz food at the FiveForks/ Cascade Creek. My husband and I ordered a chicken & French fries basket.... So disappointing ?. The fries were greasy.. the chicken look like they cooked in the old grease they had been useing all day..it was too hard..It was hard and no taste. We are so over it. Wasted money!!!. I will let the club house manager know. This was not their best.We will not support the business in our neighborhood again!

Hot food always on point???

Would give a 0 out of 5 if I could. Decided to give them a chance while their mobile food truck was in Chester. Got a sampler with fish, chicken tenders, and shrimp. Upgraded my sampler to a meal which was supposed to come with two sides but only received one. Asked her if the fish had bones in it because I don’t eat fish with bones and she said no. Got home and ate my fish to be stabbed up by BONES. Missing sides and only ONE chicken tender in the box. Like at least get people who know what they are doing.

I was really excited to try this place…so having the mobile kitchen appear in Charles City at a concert was perfect timing. I will say, they had a long line so that was another attraction for me to help make a decision on which truck to visit. The food was ‘ok’, in other words, nothing to write home about. I wanted to try their fish…after standing in line for over 10 minutes, I OVERHEAR that they only have catfish. So I’m hoping that was incorrect because they had no noticeable sign saying that was the case. And whiting was still posted on the menu board. So I waited…and waited…after 20 minutes…we get to the window and hear the cashier finally say it. Now I’ve wasted my time because I’m not a catfish person. But here’s the kicker, they were OUT of whiting and anyone who wanted fish was required to pay an up charge because THEY didn’t have what was listed on their menu nor did they show proper notice of this so any customer wanting FISH had no option but to not get what they set out to do. Either consider your time in line wasted or choose alternative option…chicken. Because I also asked for BBQ..and that was out. Mind you the function had only been in swing for about 1.5 hours. Had there been proper notice, I would not have been waiting in line for 20+ minutes. I would have made my choice to go else where. At that point, going to the next truck was truly not an option because I would have missed the 2nd half of Legacy band because the 1st half was wasted waiting in a long line for a piece of fish I couldn’t purchase. At least they should have not up charged people who waited because of their lack of posted inventory (menu options) currently available. They could have even posted a hand written sign….I’m thinking mission accomplished…no one got out of line….they achieved what they want I gave a 4 for atmosphere because we were at an outdoor concert and that was VERY nice! And I regret standing there for the disappointment and missing the HAWKS delicious fish I was used to. But I wanted to give this place a ‘chance’.

Do not go here!!! The cashier rung my order up for 9.99 it came up to 19.18 after taxes and fees.. I waited 30 minutes for my food that I never got because the cashier gave it to somebody else.. then he asked me am I sure that I didn’t get my order!! Then when I asked for a refund they half cooked my order real fast and tried to give it to me.. will not go there ever again.. America best wings is right next door.. I was trying support the smaller business.

My husband and I wanted something different being new to the area so we decided to try this food truck. When my husband picked the food up and bought it home. The ribs were hard and dry with no bbq sauce on them, the smoked turkey leg we received was hard and dry. The food was terrible we couldn’t eat the meat. We spent about $60 for 3dinners and was disappointed. Idk if they were having a bad day or what. But yesterday on 5/14/24 the food was terrible.

Ordered from Traditionz food truck today. Ordering was cool with the young chic….until I got home and my order of Fish, Mac n Cheese and collards was incorrect. Took the food back and advises they gave me collards and cabbage she began to argue with me saying that’s what I ordered but I didn’t. She had a very unpleasant demeanor and I was not going back and forth. I know what I ordered. She said they will fix it and this is the Mac and cheese scraps I was given dried cheese and Nasty. Collards was mid and Fish salty ok. F U YOUNG GIRL.
