Ordered online pickup, place was crowded and seemed to overwhelm the workers. One employee was scrambling to play music on the jukebox for some reason. Got my order and saw that they gave me soggy toast instead of grilled biscuits. The eggs I ordered were so undercooked the raw egg whites made everything else soggy. I would avoid this place if it's busy, you will probably get sick.

This and every waffle house has "To-Go" fees but don't have To-go products. So you're mandating that a 10% fee is automatically taken out but servers don't have utensils for takeaway. This proves that management is incompetent to in ensuring staff is adequately supplied.Ensure you get all that you require before tipping. The store can tip servers with the "To-Go" fees

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!I am a truck driver so it’s not many options in the area to eat! But being from Atlanta I know Waffle House is always dependable!!! I listen to a server complain about her job the whole time and how she was ready to quit! After I placed my order another server messed up my order with my boyfriend and I informed them! The server says to me “you can’t just switch each other food off the plate!” I was already baffled by the silverware being dirty! That I couldn’t phantom the words she spoke! My order was completely messed up and the cook says she not remaking anything huh what do you mean I’m a paying customer and I just listen to you tell your whole life story about quitting! I guess good help is hard to find!!! Def will not be coming back ever again!!! Hope it was worth it to clean up the mess and miss out on a tip!!!
