The young man named Christian with dreads is definitely a breath of fresh air when it comes to fast food employees. He was polite, helpful, and well spoken. Christian is an example of a manager-in-the-making. I know my order will be prioritized and correct when I see him behind the counter!

This is literally the worst Wendy I’ve seen. Drive thru is randomly closed, cash one hour and debit card the next. Idk if it’s just purely lack of care but shut it down completely. Literally if there’s no drive thru just put cones out or something. But yeah to caveat on other reviews there’s always an issue. Opposite definition of fast food.

Got taco salad and it sat on counter after someone brought it up. Guy told my husband that's all they were waiting for and still 5 minutes later they gave it to him. Lettuce, tomato,and cheese looked like it had been in refrigerator for couple days. You get single no cheese cause you are allergic to it and the still out cheese on it. So husband couldn't eat. Worse 24.68 I have ever spent on food.

This Wendy's always has an issue. They rarely take debit/credit and lately they've been asking for exact change only. The drive thru will randomly be closed in the middle of the day. So you go inside and it takes over 10 mins to get your food. I gave up on them after the 4th time trying to visit and they were taking no orders. What is the regional manager or store manager doing? Get that place in shape. It's a brand new store after you gutted it. There should not be this many technical issues with the credit system or fryers/grills. It is very obvious that they dropped the ball on this store. Leadership needs to be in there to HELP get the store back into working order. Encourage your staff, work with them, train them, and have management take some pride in their shifts. It may not seem like much, but people appreciate when service is quick and friendly.

Why do they be open so late if they barely have any supplies , who runs out of cheese? And barbecue sauce? It’s very inconvenient when I’m doing a mobile order and they mobile order still lets you choose the item that’s “supposedly out of stock” and then THEY MOVE SO SLOWWWW!
