Horrible. Only did online orders door dash grub hub ect. Doors where locked couldn't go in went to drive through and told wouldn't serve us unless we were a food pick up service

Ok hasn't changed much same old same old at Wendy's Oh what did stand out and grab my attention is, it seems like the actual meat patties are smaller? The Petersburg Virginia location service is extremely slow. The Chester location on rt 10 at the 295 clover off and on ramps. First very slow service sloppy looking meal when removed from the bag burger wrapped like the individual was on first day of training, lid was not seated on cup drink spilled when handed off at window and fries were lacking in quantity also no frosty available at 10 pm? The parking lot was littered with all types of trash, cups, napkins, cup holder and saw change on pavement at window. My recommendation would be to go else where. This review is not based on one visit but multiple occasions. Managers need focus on the little things and keep going from there, just my opinion but the training is not showing in a positive reflection!

I'm a dasher and I usually avoid wendys but I picked up an order here the other day and the gentleman working the register was so nice so I came back today to eat and went through the drive thru, Bri took my order and she was so pleasant. She was nice and not in a rush. I find most places the employees don't want to be there and you can tell, but this was a good experience.

I’ve haven’t been to this Wendy’s in a while because of bad service so I decided to give it another try, however still nothing has change. I ordered a small chili with cheese a girl in the background sounded irritated and stated to another coworker go ahead but I’m not making anymore. This Wendy’s really needs to work on professionalism.
The inconsistency of Wendy's in general is crazy but when it's right, is the best fast food burger place. But how can you make a burger called a Baconator and put 2 and a half pieces of bacon on it? I am working and don't have time to turn around and come back. So once again ( my fault completely for falling victim to convenience) I have payed 8 bucks for a burger made the way you want. THANKS AGAIN WENDY'S!!!

The night shift has a habit of serving old food and watered down drinks the managers blame everyone except the drug addicted workers and will deliberately not answer the phone or point you in the right direction towards reaching the corporate office the night shift doesn't give a damn go see for yourself everyone is rude for no reason I would give negative stars if I could

Ordered food from here off of Uber eats they sent two drivers out to pick up my food and both times they did not end up getting food which tells me that there's something going on with Wendy's
I guess I will not be ordering from here again
