Please this place is overrated and the food is to pricey for a ugly little hamburger and too much toppings and a big hamburger bun..( where's the beef.??) ....!!!! You're better off going to Burger King or Arby's and get your money

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star, but that's not an option. This was my first visit and it will be my last! I ordered the food in the drive thru. I clearly said I want two single burgers, a footlong chili dog, two mountain dews, and an order of fries. E get to the window and what we got wasn't the full order. The order the lady heard was 1 single burger, 1 mtn dew, 1 order of fries, and one footlong chili dog. Now, this is where everything went wrong. The lady that took our money wasn't the problem. My boyfriend asked where the other burger was, she said you only ordered one. Look at the ticket. Okay so we saw that they didn't get our full order. So we, what I thought, paid for another burger, but it was the 2nd drink we paid for. Okay, my mistake. However, instead of the 2nd lady explaining what happened, and she clearly knew nothing about what was going on she wants to keep talking about nothing. I wasn't born to have the ability to listen to two people at the same time. I'm trying to listen to my boyfriend and she still talking. So me, out of a natural response, put my hand up to her so I can hear my boyfriend. She didn't like that so she says, "don't put your hand up at me ma'am, and closes the drive thru window on me! Very, very rude to me! If I knew who to contact I would definitely ask for my money back! Oh, and my footlong wasn't that good either. The lady that I had the altercation with needs to learn good customer service and know what the hell is going on before she butts into a conversation.

Growing up in the area What-A-Burger was always a treat. When the one in Colonial Heights closed we’d come to this location, and it’s exactly as I remember it. Food is great, the staff is extremely friendly. Good value for the money as well. Bologna burger and onion rings are hard to beat for lunch!
