Probably the worst Subway experience I’ve ever had. The woman working behind the counter seemed extra annoyed by the fact that I had a coupon. Plus the sandwiches she made were not up to Subway quality if you ask me (bread was terrible and stale). Will never come back to this location. Customer service was absolutely terrible.

They restrict the sandwich you can use coupons on that’s actually the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen now you made even less money because I’m never coming here again whoever own this franchise is so cheap and foolish!

The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall, it's a standard Subway experience, but the prices of subs from the brand these days is much higher than the quality you receive compared with competitors like firehouse.

I went to the location on Wythe Creek Rd in Poquoson Virginia today. They charged approximately $3 more than neighboring stores. I asked the clerk why and she said the taxes are higher there. I Googled it when I got home and could not find anything that supported her claim. This store is over charging customers. I will never go there again. So if you guys want to save money go to the one at Kiln Creek, it will save you $3 to drive the extra few miles. This was for 1 sub.

Very rude. Have a difficult time understanding orders and when there is a mistake on the order are quick to deflect and blame shift. If you mess up on an order IT IS NO BIG DEAL, but dont blame shift, argue, and (in the case of the associate working with the rude lady) retreat to your safe space, instead of being adult enough to own your mistake, and stand in the back snickering abd laughing. Grow up! The woman told me she would not remake a sanwich again for me… dont worry hun. there wont be a next time! I will go to another location where hopefullu adults work.

I went in to get a salad. I got home and took 2 bites and did not like the salad at all, so I called and asked for a refund. The lady said we can give you a refund if you come up here with the salad she would give a refund. So I went up there and brought the salad. They looked at the salad and said there was no meat in it. So she couldn’t give me the refund. That’s pretty messed up, she even said herself that the salad was $7 and so I asked if she could put $7 towards the sub I had them make. They said no. They wanted me to pay another $15 for a sub after I already wasted $12. Anywhere else would have given a discount or refunded the salad. The people that work there are selfish and very disrespectful. I will not ever go in to that subway again. Horrible customer service. This subway is 2 minutes from my house, but I will drive 20 minutes out of the way to get better customer service.

This has to be one of the worst subway locations due to their employees. Their motivation and attitudes are abysmal. This why paying fast food workers outrageous wages is not a smart idea.

Subway is supposed to be FRESH, nope, not when the lettuce is brown, tomatoes are mushy, and the bread is hard...I will not be going back...$18.35 for two cold cut subs, for that much , they should be FRESH... Never again...
