I went in to get a salad. I got home and took 2 bites and did not like the salad at all, so I called and asked for a refund. The lady said we can give you a refund if you come up here with the salad she would give a refund. So I went up there and brought the salad. They looked at the salad and said there was no meat in it. So she couldn’t give me the refund. That’s pretty messed up, she even said herself that the salad was $7 and so I asked if she could put $7 towards the sub I had them make. They said no. They wanted me to pay another $15 for a sub after I already wasted $12. Anywhere else would have given a discount or refunded the salad. The people that work there are selfish and very disrespectful. I will not ever go in to that subway again. Horrible customer service. This subway is 2 minutes from my house, but I will drive 20 minutes out of the way to get better customer service.

This has to be one of the worst subway locations due to their employees. Their motivation and attitudes are abysmal. This why paying fast food workers outrageous wages is not a smart idea.

Subway is supposed to be FRESH, nope, not when the lettuce is brown, tomatoes are mushy, and the bread is hard...I will not be going back...$18.35 for two cold cut subs, for that much , they should be FRESH... Never again...

This Subway is usually clean when I go, but I haven't been happy with the service lately. I get people have rough days, but are they always having a rough day? I come here often, because my kids and husband love subs, and they have just been rude lately...the attitude is unreal. Don't come in until you are ready to work. I honestly was having an exhausting day and the lady was the tip of the iceberg for me. Unwelcoming, she was slapping the meat onto the sub...I had a coupon and she said I can't use it...(which is fine..but the way she said it was mean)...I'm literally sick of the service here. So I have decided to start going to Jimmy John's and spend the extra money there.

I'm not quite sure what it is but this Subway is always lacking in the taste department. Service is good, cleanliness is good, I have no complaints at all. But I'm telling you a sub from this particular Subway just doesn't taste as good as a sub from a different Subway.

I had given up on this Subway location, due to time constraints, we gave it a shot. We normally frequent the Subway several miles away, due to the bad service and crappy subs. The subs never have the same amount of meat, steak and cheese, as other locations. We were told 190 points wasnt enough to purchase a sub. Will never go back.
