Very nice little quaint Italian restaurant and bar. The waitress Courtney poured me a Jim Beam apple on the rocks I was lit. Heavy handed with the pouring loved it. Great customer service from inception to my departure. Courtney, you're a keeper! The pizza (half chicken half sausage)?? Well, I hate to say that I was disappointed. I was looking for that home-grown, real saucy, thin crust, enormous pie made in a brick oven kind of pizza; like back in the day. You know the kind of pizza you have to take your napkins to dab the oil off of it. The kind of slice that you pick up with both hands and the sauce falls in your lap. It was too thick, dry, and fluffy. But that's OK. They made up for it with their award winning customer service and that amazing cocktail ? ??. Great job!
GREAT pizza! Very delicious! The lady taking me phone order was the same lady that gave me my pizza when I got there, and she was so nice and helpful both of the phone and in person. I was extremely disappointed that they don’t make the Pear & Gorgonzola pizza at this location, that can only be obtained at their Suffolk location. As good as the pizza I did get was, I will be driving right past this one to go to the Suffolk location, or find a new pizza place.
We had our Mom's 80th Surprise birthday party here....the young lady was working alone and did an AMAZING JOB... The food was delish ..the drinks were amazing ... This was my first time there ...but my family comes there all the time...I will surely be back again when I come back to VA for a visit ...thank you for all you did to make my Mom's Birthday AWESOME ?
The meatball appetizer was amazing. It was perfectly cooked and very flavorful. I had dinner already but had to try the meatballs. Do yourself a favor and go to this hidden gem.
Parking: Very easy to park and plenty of outdoor seating for nice days.
Had a pizza, yummy!! They also had a wild boar short rib special that looked delicious. We ate at the bar, service was lovely, waitstaff all very attentive. I'm not good at remembering names although they all gave me their name. Live music was nice and the dinner crowd was large so it was hopping when we left...we had arrived before five so it's definitely a local place to go! Will return soon.
Only had appetizers and drinks at the bar. Friendly, attentive staff. Informal, friendly atmosphere and patrons. Will stop in again when in area.
We brought my mother who is visiting from out of state here. Made reservations and got there to not be greeted by anyone for 5 minutes and on. Two women let us know to go to the other side- they were also having poor service it seemed- and we still weren’t seated. So we left and won’t be coming back to this location. It was too empty in that building to not have a hostess.
Worst foods I have ever eaten. Do not order Caesar salad ( Romain lettuce was so old, not fresh, parm cheese was sliced, hard, dried, not shave like it should be). Crab soup was very salty and cold. Pizza was so dried, like cardboard...What else should I try ? Our friends and I will never come back. Also lousy server too..
Ordered the Surf and Turf Dinner Special, the fried shrimp was absolutely delicious and the steak was perfectly cooked. So much food, I had to get a get a box so I could bring it home.
Very good food and such nice people. Highly recommended for events. The servers did a great job. Had reunion for 1960 high school class.

By recommendation of family, we visited Amici’s and they hosted our rehearsal dinner prior to our wedding. The food is beyond awesome, and the service during our event was great! The ladies worked non-stop to accommodate our large party. They were personable, kind, and flexible. Everyone loved the dinner options they offered on our private menu. We were thrilled to have Amici’s as a part of our memory during this special time!
Service was excellent, servers very attentive. Food was great as well. We were disappointed in the sixe of the menu and that it didn't reflect things shown on the online menu, but we still had a great time and would visit again.
Love the new atmosphere. Prices seem fair across the board as compared to other restaurants. The GF cauliflower pizza was amazing. Regular Pepperoni pizza Amazing, a full salad is big enough for two people and the mozzarella sticks were the best I've ever had. There was a band playing, that was pretty cool, if you didn't want to hear them so loud they have a Regular dinning side right when you walk in. Nice patio/smoking section. A great experience all around. We will be coming back here ?
The seats were very uncomfortable. Light bulbs out and some light bulbs not even in the socket.I mean how simple is it to screw in a light bulb.. And it's really not overly a family place more of a bar with food and some live music on Fridays. I mean to freely yell out the F word while there's a little four-year-old there is a little over the top for a family to eat.... The pizza was kind of a neapolitan style in a way... not bad, no crunch... but decent flavor .
Fantastic! We held our monthly SERTOMA meeting there. They provided a seperate dining area. The food and service were outstanding. All attendees commented on how much they enjoyed the event. Will keep Amici's on our short list of favorites.
