I don’t know who the store manager is but you really need to get your restaurant together why are you allowing your employees to serve old food. The steak bites and chicken tenders were so dry smh they had to have been sitting for at least an hour. Food is too expensive for yall to be serving cold and old food. $41 down the drain cause who is about to argue with a fast food worker they obviously don’t care.

Not sure if hours on here reflect hours at the store, but it says this location is open until midnight, we just went at 1038, and it’s closed.
Ordered the 2 can dine for 9.99 and the coupon reads Includes 2 classic Roast Beef Sandwiches,2 Medium fries and 2 soft drinks and we asked for crinkle fries and just because the cashier could not change it to crinkle fries she would not let us have them even though the prices were the same and the coupon was not specific on fries, she would not give us crinkle fries. Make the music more appropriate for all not just the employees.

This is the worst Arby's I have ever been to.
Every single time I come here there is an issue.
This afternoon I came through the drive-thru. I was asked to come inside to get my food. When I was unable to she told me to leave and come back in 5 minutes. This is against protocol. She should have had me pull forward, but she didn't. She requested I come back in 5 minutes.
When I came back I was handed a bag and I opened the bag to check my food as it's notoriously incorrect. When I opened one of the sandwiches it did not look correct although it did look like my order.
I told her I don't think this was my order. She instructed me to give her back the food that I had touched, opened, and put my hands on in order to verify if it was correct for my son. She very rudely yold me that she needed the food back for her inventory because that's how it works - I have worked at Arby's and other fast food establishments for many years, this is against safety protocols, you do not take food back that a customer has touched. If an order is incorrect you make the correct order, provide it to the customer and you disregard the incorrect order regardless of whether part of it was correct or not, you do not take back food that a customer has already touched and opened and had their hands on. It'. But she was very rude and discussing it with me and I know it is absolutely incorrect to have somebody leave the drive-thru because you did not make their food yet. Both were absolutely incorrect protocol. Not to mention the past two times I have ordered a jamocha shake it has been vanilla. I brought it to the attention of the manager two times and the second time was told that there's nothing he can do, as it was preset. He absolutely could have it fixed it by having it adjusted. I paid twice for jamocha and twice I got vanilla because there's not enough jamocha in the mix.
When I finally received my food, it was all dumped into the bag haphazardly, without care.
They also never provide a receipt so I have no way of know who they are.
This store is an absolute disappointment and something needs to be done. They are not up to the standards that Arby's is supposed to be and it's very disheartening.

Food was batter than last time, order was correct, however the milkshakes are wrong. Jamocha is just vanilla. Used to work at an Arby's so im aware of what the food and drinks should taste like. They won't change it. Happened 2x.

First of all I Love Arby's but the drive though was bad two Vehicles in line and I set in line from ordering my food to getting it about 20 minutes.

Ordered a half pound roast beef, a beef n cheddar and a jamoca milk shake. On both sandwiches the meat was sliced way too thick like brisket and dry. And they gave me a vanilla shake instead of jamoca. Only three things in my order and couldn't even get it right!!! If you cannot produce and distribute quality food that Arby's is known for, then higher capable employees or just close the place down because you are ruining Arby's reputation.

I ordered a hamburger, and neither the picture nor the text on the menu board warned me about this runny Thousand Island sauce. Damn, that's gross. There go a couple of napkins and half my lettuce, as I try to make this sandwich edible.
