I found myself hostage to emergency hernia surgery last month and the day that I could eat, my wonderful hubby showed up with a bacon, egg and cheese pretzel breakfast sandwich. The fact that I was still alive and being discharged after major surgery in 2 days was a highlight but when he floated in with this I thought, is this what heaven is like? I don't know what happened to the other reviewers experiences but I was beyond happy with my breakfast sandwich! It was moist, my bread soft and the egg, cheese and bacon also perfectly cooked. I only found out about AA when we moved here back in 2011. And then it took me 11 years to find out they had breakfast sandwiches and had it not been for my surgery, I might never have found out! Every follow up visit after hubby has stopped in to get me either another sandwich, a pretzel or pretzel bites and not once (and we're talking at least 4 other visits) was I let down. I have another follow up this Friday and I'll be stopping back by for more heavenly delights!

Worst experience ever! The young woman at the cashier was rude, she wouldn’t even say anything, she held out her hand for my card not even asking for it. I asked her if she’s okay and she said she was fine. I’m not a rude person and I understand if people are having a bad day, BUT this girl was obviously rude on purpose.

Foods gross, expensive, no variety, pay over ten dollars no jelly or nothing with breakfast, sausage Pattie's are sometimes light grey colored, it's the only place serving breakfast which forces you to pay these ridiculous prices, oh yea all drinks taste like black coffee no matter you order it's all gross, plain creamer for coffee, idk how they managed to be on every base either for so long, aren't they supposed to let others have a shot

I'm here for my preoperative appt this morning. I didn't bother to have coffee this morning as much as I need it to jump start my day. I didn't feel like walking to the end of creation to reach the mess hall here at PNMC. I figure passing Auntie Annie's would make a good Cafe Mocha. This sandwich just called my name. Sure I have 1. My first bite as I sat n the car to scarf it down in private. SURPRISE SURPRISE, what n the heavens and earth!! Pretzel bun!!! So what I gained 3 lbs since my last appt here. Imma eat every delicious bite. Pretzel eggs cheese and bacon, just enough salt on the top. Super delicious breakfast. I did not even expect a Pretzel bun even for Auntie Annie's. Does the civilian world know about this yummyness???

The employee “A philipino lady” was so rude i got there at 2:58 and she was still inside and i asked for a pretzel as they are supposed to close at 15:00.The pretzels were still there but she started taking them away and saying no they are closed!!

The pretzels are usually hard. The staff can barely speak English. They won't scan your rewards card. When they run out of something even just after 1200 you won't get it unless it's in the case. Staff also have a horrible attitude. Just made my last visit today and never again.

Auntie Anne's just like any other. They also carry Green mountain coffee which is nice because the alternative is from subway. Service is always great and the lady's behind the counter are always friendly and seem like the enjoy being there, which translates to all of the customers around.
