Drive thru order horrible service ever. Ordered at window as normal paid and sat waiting for receipt no one never spoke to me nor gave me receipt I assumed it would come with meal. Pulled to next window they told me pull up to fence. I pull up waited over 15 min with a toddler n car (reason for drive through) guy comes out with my biscuits and drinks only asked me to pull in parking space which I refused after waiting over 25 min now I’m furious of course I can’t just walk...read full review

Bojangles serves tasty food, but it can be a bit pricey. The service may sometimes be a little confused, but they usually get it right eventually. One customer enjoyed the country ham biscuit and Bo rounds, even though the biscuit was a bit hard. Another visitor praised the fresh and juicy chicken, big fluffy biscuits, and delicious Bo-rounds. Some customers were surprised by the prices and limited payment options. Recently, a customer ordered a 12 piece tailgate but received an 8 piece, and a large meal was sometimes served as a medium. Despite these issues, it remains a good place to eat with good portions of sides and friendly staff. The tenders are large, and the food is fresh and flavorful, making it a favorite for many.
