Besides the fact that the employees at this store are rude and disrespectful!! Be careful when you come! If your anytime between 10:50-11PM they will leave you sitting at the box and not serve you. And if you pull around to try anf get service they will try to convince you that your stupid and that they close at 11PM (on that night), when the hours on the door and online say 12AM EVERY night. What a joke.

This bojangles opens at 5:30am, but never takes orders until 5:33am-5:35am. Also online orders don’t start until an hour and thirty minutes after opening at 7:00am, so customers are unable to use halloween codes for discounts for breakfast before work. I asked could they open it and they said they have no control over online ordering. Very disappointing!

It took 25 minutes to get my food. The kitchen appeared short staff, and the manager wasn't worried about anything except getting her to go food on the way out. They lost my ticket. Had to ask what I ordered and then asked if I paid for it. They eventually got it right, but no apology or any other peace offering
Great food but sometimes they have a difficult time getting your order right. I order a large and get a medium. Or I order a number 15 combo, instead, I get a number 14. Other than their listening skills, it's a good place to eat.
