Smoked wings are great, had the plain and Caribbean, both are delicious. The staff was outstanding, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Keep up the great work. Bathroom was also clean.

The jalapeno wings are good, and the hand cut fries are good. The chicken and dumplings is awful. Its like eating water with flavorless things they call chicken and dumplings in it.

Went to the Portsmouth location and was not disappointed. Got the catfish dinner with coleslaw and collards and came with hush puppies. Food was hot, fresh and everything tasted fantastic!!! Service was quick and super polite. I highly recommend. Can’t wait to go back and try the NC BBQ.

We went here to try the ribs and were incredibly disappointed by them. The racks were so dry that they were inedible. However, the staff was attentive and helpful so they replaced our food quickly. To be fair, patrons at other tables were in love with their food so maybe we just had a bad batch? The sides were ok but my overall thought about the food is that everything just tasted ok. I didn't react to greens, the Mac or hush puppies - good, no complaints but not memorable enough for me to go back. A+ to the staff who greet everyone and check on customers after they are served.
