This is the 2nd time that they had b e done this saying the icews machine is down and also the fries are cold and onion rings are cold.. messed up on my sandwich both times ....im not sure why things can't be done right but that suck ...I thought it was bk have it your way not the way the lazy employees way

Went to grab some lunch from Burger King food was hot and fresh. And most importantly the customer service was outstanding from crew members and management keep up the great work guys!!!

Customer service is trash, and I think my chicken sandwich was made the day before, and it was smothered in mayo after I said no mayo smh

I'm giving the food three stars, not because it's spectacular. Because those ladies around two o'clock in the afternoon, make them hamburgers like you see on the commercial. And that in itself is something to appreciate. The store looks ghetto absolutely. WHICH HAS GOT TO CHANGE, I MEAN MY GOSH...But those women in that particular store do a fabulous job making that food look great for what it is. And something like that has to be appreciated and even respected.

Food was okay. I may try a different location in future if I get a taste for BK. There was way too much mayonnaise on my crispy chicken sandwich. Plus, the drive-thru worker made an odd request. She asked me to back up from the window and she would signal me when my food was ready. Then she waved my bag of food out the window for me to pull up... This was after I had paid for the food otherwise I would have skipped the meal because the request was just odd.
