There were 3 people working. I sat at the window for 5 minutes. One was smoking weed beside the building and the one at the window turned his back and when we pulled up with a burger in his hand ignoring me. The people working here are terrible needs new management

Everyone had gloves on except for the elderly gray hair lady. She ran her hands across the, she took a rag and wiped her face with a towel, rub her hair and then proceeded to scoot fries. This is at the Bk on the near high st. and londoun Blvd

Only go here if you have 35 minutes or more to wait on the drive thru. For some reason, for the last 20 years this place has gone so down hill. The only way to make sure you get your food is ordering online. When you go inside they will be rude to you, and act like it's an inconvenience for them to hand you your order. I love burger king, I just wish this one was worth going to, sadly it's just trashy.

This is the 2nd time that they had b e done this saying the icews machine is down and also the fries are cold and onion rings are cold.. messed up on my sandwich both times ....im not sure why things can't be done right but that suck ...I thought it was bk have it your way not the way the lazy employees way

Went to grab some lunch from Burger King food was hot and fresh. And most importantly the customer service was outstanding from crew members and management keep up the great work guys!!!
Customer service is trash, and I think my chicken sandwich was made the day before, and it was smothered in mayo after I said no mayo smh

For me, Burger King whoppers are the best, I don't usually eat fast food once a week, I buy them for my daughters, but Burger King is the best in the world 😍🍔 and super friendly and good service

I'm giving the food three stars, not because it's spectacular. Because those ladies around two o'clock in the afternoon, make them hamburgers like you see on the commercial. And that in itself is something to appreciate. The store looks ghetto absolutely. WHICH HAS GOT TO CHANGE, I MEAN MY GOSH...But those women in that particular store do a fabulous job making that food look great for what it is. And something like that has to be appreciated and even respected.
