Everybody was very friendly! I had a large order of 10 sausage egg and cheese croissant, 2 junior burritos and 2 other sandwiches and the order was complete before I could fill my drink. Got home and the order was perfect all the food was still hot!

I actually have never had a problem here... Except when u come in to use the bathroom, even if u went thru drive thru they try to tell u NO u have to b an Inside Patron... WTH ?

Tried going for breakfast multiple times and they never seem to have biscuits and sometimes no hash browns either. Second attempt, this time for milkshakes and their "machine is down for cleaning "

Food here is either extra greasy or extra stale. Not that Burger King is known for its fresh ingredients, but it just seems like maybe the staff here don't care much about the food they're making or the people they're serving. Also seems like everytime I've been, they're out of something important, last time it was fries, before that it was burger buns.

....so I'm here with hungry children & as we arrived, it looks welcoming and well lit. I get to the window and am told they can't take orders because the power is out......WHERE!!!???!!! They just aren't ready to work and are currently sleep walking-working. HEEEELP

Decided to visit since it has been awhile ordered two whopper jr with cheese and of course I used the drive thru. And my drive home was less than five minutes. And come to find out both burgers were cold. Not sure why when you order food now a days you spend hard earned money for subpar service and I am sure that the people working the food line know that the food has been sitting for a while and they sell it to you anyway. Guess my next visit will be ti go inside vice using the drive thru. So check your meals before you drive off. Once again i fault the manager in duty since it was around 11:30 in morning. This is the Burger King on George Washington hwy in Portsmouth va.
