Normally I. Never ever had an issue with this BK main reason I go to this one but my last purchase two days ago was the worst the employees need to be fired RUDE !!!!stop keeping reckless employees around and fire them ! Start back hiring high school kids they wanna work these grown women wanna be rude and mouth off like they can because they will start a eeco law suit and prob win for being a lazy low life worker ! I plan on calling corp on them as well I’m not letting this go ! All around RUDE ! Do better ! The food was for the first time nasty no salt on the fries the meat got my family sick the health dept needs to investigate ! I’ll drive to Chesapeake next time for better service ! Also stop parking in handicap lanes if you aren’t handicapped it’s bs the cops won’t give tickets !

Ordered two combos: original chicken sandwich and a Bacon and Swiss Crispy Ckn sandwich. Sadly, the fries weren't good (never are) but the sandwiches were decent.

First visit, I was charged twice thru the app. The manager tried to correct it, but was not able to do so. She suggested the 1-866-number. That posted number doesn't work at all!!! I finally got thru the app comment feedback. I was delighted surprised the morning that I actually got a response!! Their office said that they processed a refund for me!!! I checked my bank and the funds were shown back into my account!!!!

0 stars The manager Ms Meshara is very rude & unprofessional needs better training on learning how to talk to customers. Also staff needs to learn how to make food correctly when customers pay there hard earned money.

Staff was friendly and courteous. Only thing I did liked about this experience was the restaurant is drive thru only. Slot of people disappointed by not being able to sit down inside

Drive thru ordering procedure was rushed. I understand that time is an issue as I've worked drive thru before. However, it doesn't exceed good customer service. I placed part of my order and was confused by the other options ($5 Duo or the other meal option which included fries and nuggets) while I was asking about the other option I was asked if I was finished ordering. Usually, they are friendly and great to assist. Must of caught them at a bad time. We will try again another day.

While picking up a delivery order for a customer, I had to go through the drive-thru at 7:59pm because dining room doors were locked. Person on drive thru intercom had a bad disposition, apparently the debit card machine was down. Drive-thru line was wrapped around the building I was very late with customer's order.

If the stud with the missing tooth is working GOOD LUCK. She had a horrible attitude for no reason at all. She acted as if she was mad I decided to eat at her Burger King. She literally got into a dispute with a car in front of me. The cops were called. The caucasian young lady handing the food out looked as if she wanted to scream “SAVE ME”. This business is doomed if she continues to run it.

Been coming here awhile and they’ve been up and far down. However, there was a male named Jeremy who gave the most professional and uplifting experience I’ve had since I’ve been going here and I live less than 2 min away. The food was awesome too!
