I really wish I had taken a picture of the food. I ordered the Seafood Feast for dinner, but when I got home and started eating, the fish tasted like chicken. I called the restaurant to explain the issue and requested a refund. They told me to bring my receipt back.

When I arrived, the cashier informed me of their 30-minute return policy. I explained that I had called earlier and lived at least 30 minutes away. She then called the GM, who shouted from the back that they couldn’t issue a refund without the food—something that wasn’t mentioned during my call. I pointed this out and made it clear that I wasn’t going to drive another 30 minutes to retrieve the food.

I also mentioned that the fish tasted like chicken, to which she replied, "Many people have said that, but it's fish." If multiple people have complained about it tasting like chicken, then it’s probably chicken—not fish.

After a long back-and-forth, I finally got my refund. Needless to say, I won’t be eating at that location again. The GM is very unprofessional.

Order two family feasts and only get like two cocktail sauces. Every time I have to go to Captain D’s it’s like I have to negotiate how many sauces they gave me. I would go to Captain D’s a lot more if I did not have to negotiate for tartar sauce and cocktail sauce. it’s so annoying.

This is by far the worst Captain D's. Went through drive thru @6 on 23rd. I pulled up with a smile and girl was so rude. Fries were cold, hush puppies bunt, Cole slaw gross, fish was okay but overcooked in what taste like old grease. Had knee surgery waited til 30th to call talk with manager. I didn't want my money back just wanted to give constructive comments to better the service since I've been there several times same issue. The girl, who said she was the manager sounded so ghetto snapped at me said your's can't get your money back that was 2 wks ago, actually 7 days. Another manager yelling in background, "she can't get her money back!" That manager grabbed phone yelling at me. When I said I don't want refund she said girl I complained about is one gets less complaints. She's my best. I then said if she's your best I hate meet the worst employees. She then yelled at me and hung up on me. 3rd strike your out. Never going back. Warn everyone about this racist establishment.

Haven't had Captain D's in forever. Decided to go and this is what I got. Wasn't expecting a 5 star meal but wow. This sucks for one of their 5.99 meals. It's not as advertised. Maybe better luck the next time.

Poor management the manager Mina is very disrespectful towards her teenager workers she talks down to them but allow her daughters who also work their slack off she clocks then in when they are not scheduled she lets her daughters smoke weed while on the clock with the manager being overly verbal aggressive and having daughters working their some of the teenagers feel intimidated and out number they are scared to speak up when this was brought to the owner attention Joe he threatened to call the police strange but now I see why the manager can get away with this when the owner to is aggressive I guess they never heard the saying that poor management can mess up the morale of a worker and that management set the tone
