Came here from Ohio and got it our first night and it was great my family loved it. Ordered it again another night on our trip through door dash as before and my ordered was cancelled after the times kept changing couldn’t find a solid dasher - it happens - I called the restaurant to see if I could just pick it up - the man I spoke to said I don’t even know if it’s here you’ll have to contact door dash -me thinking but sir..you’re still there..what happened to my food? What happened to the $52? I got a refund through door dash but I will never buy here again due to the underwhelming customer service it takes two seconds to look. It’s pizza - its a review

I placed a delivery order yesterday 6/1/25 at 6:40pm at my local restaurant and not only did I emphasize that I needed extra napkins several times during the order process but I had to repeat my pizza details several times as well. I was told that they were out of mushrooms (which I love and comes with a supreme pizza) and also I ordered a Pepsi but they only had Diet Pepsi which I do mind. So when my order was delivered there were NO napkins at all and the pizza looked sloppy and the worst thing of all was the 2 liter Pepsi. When I opened the bottle top something was off. There was no fizzing like a fresh soda would be. And it tasted flat. I looked for the expiration date on the bottle and it expired back in April. Here it is 2 months later and you mean to tell me that nobody checks their inventory to make sure that they don't have stock outdated before they sell them to their customers? I've worked at a very renown pizza establishment before and we never ever missed changing out expired inventory. I'm about to call the store manager and make a complaint and ask for a refund.

Chanello's has the absolute best crust around! This trip was really good. Our food was made fresh, the staff were courteous, respectful, and kind, and the food was delish! We ordered the family special plus another large specialty pizza. It was all so good and they are generous with the toppings. Our usuals are the meat lovers and steak n cheese pizza, with the modifications we like, lol. We also had cheese bread, brownie, and a large 1 topping, plus a drink. (No pics this time.)

My favorite employee Cora always leaves me impressed and very satisfied. She is so kind and helpful, she bring a smile in my face everytime I come in. Y'all make sure to tip my girl, she deserves it! Without her, chanellos would be nothing to me.
The Pizza is good, but the chicken is way overpriced for what you are getting.

The food wasn’t great. I ordered a meatball sub and my meatballs were dried out and burnt around the edges. Also ordered a cookie. The cookie came in a 6in round pan and is sliced up like a pizza. The cookie was chewy in the middle and burnt around the edges. I will not go back.
