Do not order from this store. They immediately mark your order as being prepared on door dash so they constantly miss delivery deadlines outlined when orders are placed. There have been 0 times I order from door dash where this problem didn't exist to where the order was over an hour after their original estimated time frame. The management at all levels of this location is the epitome of incompetent, theiving and lazy to allow such poor customer service. If you want pizza in Portsmouth, use a nationwide chain because despite this being a local favorite, this locations managers and employees do everything they can to constantly fail.

I have been dealing with this .Deal with the high Street store in. particular for several months. Because I do like the pizzas that I get there. I have been a loyal customer no complaints. But this evening. Not only did they get the order wrong. The first time they got the order wrong. The second time and then whoever is in charge. Tried to make that my fault and accused me of trying to get free food. I have spent several hundred dollars in that store over the last few months. But the prick that isn't charged tonight. Made me doubtful as to whether I want to ever go back to that store again. Totally unprofessional. An extremely poor mandatorial Skills.

I’ve never noped out of a job so fast in my life. First shift, was kindly informed by other employees that you were expected to work on holidays and overtime without holiday or overtime pay, and to never expect the store to be properly staffed. I was told I’d be lucky to run the store with myself and two others, even on busy nights. They had me start working without an employee number so I was unable to clock in. I promptly left and informed upper management, who told me I’d receive a check for the hours I worked and the orientation the day before. Two pay periods have passed, and I guess my time means nothing to them as I’ve yet to receive anything. I’ve reached out to every higher up, to HR, to customer service, and the most response I get is an automated voice telling me they have sent me to voicemail. Two thumbs way way down for this company and its leaders. I pity the poor overworked people they’ve employed and run into the ground, and am grateful they told me day one how this company runs so I could get out quick

Once a favorite of this neighborhood store now will never do business there again. Food is good but service, trust and goodwill gone. They have shoddy maintenance of customers personal information. N-E-V-E-R give them your financial info it is a store full of pot-heads. Their trash-panda delivery driver left a pizza in a fricking cardboard box with an instruction to "knock hard please" on the wet ground in the rain and never once knocked. Got a hold of the so-called manager a impotent slacker who lives in Meemaws basement called Kenny who was as useless as a 10-speed to a tuna and is undoubtedly disappointing 2 sibling parents somewhere out in the county. I used to split regular business here between here and 5 Burroughs at High St. And Effingham St. but looks like 5 Burroughs or hell even Dominos Marcos will get that business. Chanello's Pizza and their pathetic service and staff can kiss a fat baby's @$$ and the $40.00 they literally stole from me is the last they will get.

The food is good, good location... but... customer service can come up little, I waited 15 minutes to pick up my call in order... only 1 other lady in the store... he put 15 minutes into her when all he had to do was just let me pay and go, well I guess that happens

Dry No Good Pizza Sucked taste like Bread the People Inside Seemed High off Drugs and didn't Care to make the Food No How had a Bum on the Corner asking for Food & Money We was deff scared sitting there waiting for the food but we got it and went home & wr wont be going back but to each its own everyone jad to try to experience for themselves .. goodlick that was just my experience with Channellos Yours May Be Better

It was a craving. Hadn't had any in a while. This was my old school OG pizza place in 1993 on Volvo Parkway in Chesapeake. Lol! Love the cheese pizza fresh out of the oven and the cheesy bread! Male clerk (manager, I believe) at High St store was friendly and funny. Light atmosphere. Just as delicious as I remember.

One of Ptown's treasures, they are super fast as well as polite. The food is always delicious. Placing orders by phone or online is very easy and my order is always ready in 15 minutes or less. Definitely try the chicken florentine pizza, it will delight your taste
