Was there earlier today with my son and wife and my granddaughter. My first time and they have been there several times. So from our arrival was fast seating fast and service super fast and our host was very polite and attentive. The food was very delicious and well positioned. Well seasoned and tea was just right. I was so impressed with the overall presentation that I also ordered 3 dinners to go. I was so surprised with the price and quality and quantity of good food and overall atmosphere that I will definitely be eating again and telling everyone.

Nice place, food tasty… what lost a star… I did not get the extra onions and green peppers I paid for … one piece of fish for $15
(I could have called and said something but I’m not about to drive back for that, and quality control should have caught that error so don’t blame me I didn’t pack the order I paid for it, yes I could have checked before leaving AGAIN QUALITY CONTROL…) mistakes happen I get that however I do not reward poor performance and it’s just 1 star just like whom ever is going to say it’s just one (2) side) 🙃🙂

They were short staffed, I got fish and it was over cooked/ dark but not burnt. This is not my first visit but this time food and service wasn’t like it was the first time I went. I was disappointed because I brought my friend from out of town and they said it was trash.

The food was good. It was hot when it came out, but the service was really slow. I ordered a drink from the bar. It took over 20 mins to come. By the time it came, we were all wrapping up and preparing to leave. Our plates all came out 1 by 1 and not as a group. (We were a party of 6). My chicken wings came our last. However, by the time I got my food, the others in my group were done eating.

The music was a vibe. When we arrived the host opened the door and walked us to a table to realize they needed to be cleaned. We waited 25 mins and no one wiped a table. The waitress said she was alone but the girl at the bar was taking shots with her friends and chilling. She then went behind the bar to make more drinks and finally decided to wipe the table and seat us. We’re 40 mins in at this point and no one gave us a menu or offered us water. We never got a chance to try the food because we left but the service was a ZERO out of 10!

The food was very good. The service was a bit slow, and the food came out slow an not altogether, we were a large party and it was a Saturday evening. I recommend that they have a bigger staff that can handle large families. I will be returning because the food was very good and the prices are reasonable.
I will definitely be back. All the food is delicious. Staff is super friendly. Dined in and have taken out before. Prices are great.

The atmosphere was great. The waitress was a sweetheart left her tip food was trash chicken was wet skin falling off the chicken. And you have to wait over 45 minutes for food, when there was only like 3 families in there. I definitely would never recommend ever again.

Kia waited in my party of 7 and gave the best service ive had in years food was fire. Atmosphere was great will be going back in two weeks .. we live in norfolk and have stopped going to p town due to tolls but thanks to kia we will be making more trips soon . Also thanks to the cooks that are not always shown love

I was a little disappointed my crabcake was full of filler not much crab. My shrimp was terribly overcooked. After going to the establishment twice, there was a difference in the charges. The first time I went on a Thursday there was no gratuity. The second time I went on a Thursday a 20% gratuity was there so I called the restaurant and I’m still waiting for a response I just feel like if you’re going to charge gratuities, let it be all the time don’t pick and choose when your restaurant is full to charge people 20% gratuity but don’t do it all the time that doesn’t make sense. Most restaurants have that posted, And I don’t have a problem with that but one week I go no gratuity then the second week I go you charge gratuity just make it make sense!
