I got in the wrong line they have a new Mobil drive through that I was unaware of and was treated really rudely they treated me as if I were trying to cut the line instead of taking my order and placing me in my correct spot. The white employee jumped in front of my car and would not let me travel. I was screamed at cussed at by crew members a black lady and a white woman with red hair.

This has always been an amazing Chick-Fil-A! The best team members, food, and environment! You can tell the owner, Will Taylor, is dedicated to giving the customer the absolute best experience possible. We’ve lived nearby for 3 years, we go to this Chick-Fil-A multiple times a week, and we’ve never had a bad experience, which is a rarity these days! 5/5 recommend!!!

Very frustrated! I was waiting in line, at the drive thru, for over 25 minutes, when I was to place my order, I was told that they closed, they do not take any more orders. No other explanation, no nothing. Yes, we did have a winter warning in the area and it started to snow. But, for God's sake, why nobody had the courtesy of telling us that before getting in line? Or show, somehow, which would be the last car to serve! There were many cars behind me. I am sure they were not happy! I had some issues at this location previously, confused employees, extreme long waiting time. But yesterday it felt waaay too much. The whole bunch working there should be replaced.

Each time I go to the Chick-fil-A on Frederick Blvd, they get my order wrong. It's difficult to patronize a business that says my pleasure, and they can't get an order right. It has not been pleasurable at all. Fi d another Chick-fil-A to go to.
