Very frustrated! I was waiting in line, at the drive thru, for over 25 minutes, when I was to place my order, I was told that they closed, they do not take any more orders. No other explanation, no nothing. Yes, we did have a winter warning in the area and it started to snow. But, for God's sake, why nobody had the courtesy of telling us that before getting in line? Or show, somehow, which would be the last car to serve! There were many cars behind me. I am sure they were not happy! I had some issues at this location previously, confused employees, extreme long waiting time. But yesterday it felt waaay too much. The whole bunch working there should be replaced.

Each time I go to the Chick-fil-A on Frederick Blvd, they get my order wrong. It's difficult to patronize a business that says my pleasure, and they can't get an order right. It has not been pleasurable at all. Fi d another Chick-fil-A to go to.
Im convinced this is the last chickfila on the planet that serves good food. Service is great and food is consistantly fresh. I would not eat at any other chickfila.

A guy in a big rush cut in front of me, so I had to wait for him to place his order. They gave me my food first my ice cream was a puddle. Also, they gave me a spoon to eat my salad. I don't know why Frederick Boulevard Chick-fil-a is so bad.
