This is one of my favorite fast food restaurants. Your always treated kindly and food is expedited. Your are never there waiting too long considering the line. Food always good.
Chicken was not cooked all the way and my daughter ended up with food poisoning. I never had a problem...until now. 5-10 mins after she ate it she instantly begin to vomit ... all in the car. Could finish her meal.***This was the location OLD DOMINION UNIVERSITY....we called the location and that manager was NOT HELPFUL. We did call corporate and they were more helpful. So its obviously the locations don't all have the same great service or morals.Young people ...yall need to shake the ATTITUDE...It's not like you have it as bad as your parents or grandparents had it at your age.

Always sooooo delicious! Had breakfast with my bestie, beautiful morning!If you haven't tried the grilled nuggets, you need to. They are so good. And put them over a side salad, with the Avocado Ranch dressing, yum.Really good breakfast choices, tried the wrap, enjoyed it.Grilled nuggets are a delicious, healthy alternative! Then have a cookies and cream shake so it's balanced! ???

Usually don’t have problems with my food but I Got a Cobb salad last night opened it as I was putting my ranch on it I noticed so much hair weave in my salad it was like a hair ball in my salad manager was nice offered a refund or a new salad I took the refund won’t be going to this location again.

The Good Noodle
Food is usually good and fresh. Servers are generally friendly. The biggest problem with this location is that they have a knack for taking the "fast" out of fast food. As busy as the average Chick-Fil-A tends to be, this particular location is pretty inefficient. What's the point of remodeling your location to have 2 lines when you still only use one? This is a major inconvenience to the customer, and probably even to the employees. Also, the fact that you still have to wait for your food at all defeats the entire purpose of mobile ordering. I placed a curbside order and checked in. I was quoted and estimated 4 to 10 minute wait time.... I've been sitting here waiting for my food for 30 minutes
