I've been eating a cookout ever since they been in the state of Virginia I've ate a very different locations and many different cities this is one of my favorite places to eat never had no complaints hands down no matter what my food was always hot this is the first time that I've ever gotten cold food from there okay and I don't know if it's because of the no styrofoam out or something like that but maybe cook out we should try no holes in the boxes because I literally was only not even 10 minutes away from there and my food was ice cold when I got home

Was the worst we ever had. I order onion rings & got fries, cheeseburger was cold & bun stale, chicken quesadilla had only cheese, My b/f order Cajun fries& got regular fries, his hush puppies was cold & hard ,his bun on his BBQ was stale. We are not going back.
The food is good for the price. It's hit or miss with the Staff and they're attitudes which can affect the Service..there is plenty of parking. The prices are nice!

The food was not bad, though the shake was a stand out. I rarely visit fast food for a sit down meal, but I had time today so I stopped in. I ordered their standard 'tray' - mine being a "big" double burger, double order of onion rings, and a shake. The "big" double is basically like a double stack from Wendy's or double cheeseburger from McD's. Nothing "big" about it, but it was tasty. The onion rings were fresh and hot, but I'd hate to see the quantity if I ordered a single serving (I think there were 8 small rings - most were about the size of a 50 cent coin). The shake was delicious. Gotta give props on their banana pudding shake. Yum! Now to the reason for my lower rating. The entire visit was accompanied by gospel/Christian Rock music. Personally, I find it inappropriate to force religion on anyone, but especially in a public business. I would rather have eaten in silence, than be subjected to religious pandering. I can guarantee that if the same experience recurs in the future, it'll be my last time patronizing this location.
Went through the drive-through got four milkshakes, a peanut butter fudge, a caramel fudge, a strawberry and a strawberry banana. She repeated my order back to me. It was correct. I get home. I have a strawberry a peanut butter fudge And a banana pudding milkshake like the communication needs to be worked on

Food was trash an cold. They were talking the whole time. An messed my whole order up. I order a cookout style hotdog with cheese these give me a dry hot dog with mustard. I ordered my a1 style burger with cheese. They put bacon an no cheese an no a1 sauce. I think if they focused on actually listening instead of me having to repeat my order 3 times I would've been satisfied. Would not recommend
