Do not go to this location for any reason. The incompetent staff in just the front facing initial interaction tell you they probably lack the ability to properly handle food safely. After having to repeat my order 4 times only to pull around to the window and seeing them essentially having a party in the kitchen area, which explains why the girl taking my order had me repeat myself, since I'm sure she either couldn't hear it just wasn't paying attention, they still got the order wrong. They are the case and point for minimum wage being too high.

Ordering through the drive-thru is terrible. How difficult is it to listen to what people order? I will say my chx sandwich was correct my sides on the other hand..... incorrect every time. Tonight Onion rings and fries is what I asked for, get home double fries.

Very poor rude customer service. Ordered large fries they weren’t large requested a large the person slammed the sliding door and fussed about it. Rude and threw the fries in the bag on top of my order. Smh.

Ordered large trays and received small. Sides were double fries on 1 and chicken nuggets and fries for the other. Got 2 nuggets as a side and the double fries was smaller than the single. Also ordered milkshakes. Cheesecake and peach but received melted ones that were toffee something and chocolate... Not even close to the right flavors! Almost $30, biggest waste of money and time. Not to mention the rudeness of the employee taking the order

We choose to eat at cookout because they generally have good portions and quality. Tonight we ordered 3 double burger trays and the burgers were very small, almost like one patty cut in half and stacked. You can see the patty to bread ratio in the pic. The other burgers were even smaller. Not sure what's going on with that, but we hope Cookout returns to the quality and value they used to represent.

Very delicious food. Great prices and I've been going to this restaurant for a while and I've never had to wait in line for long. But, for some reason, when I ask for ketchup and mustard on my hot dog, sometimes they forget one or the other. Still, fantastic food, a large menu to choose from, and they give you your money's worth. Hot dog/Chili dog and Cajun Chicken sandwich are divine.

Jakell our cashier was demanding and kept talking over us and wouldn't grant us time to properly order. Then when he asked a question, he didn't listen for the answer and just jumped to the next thing. He missed fulfilling my shake and gave the impression that we the customer were an inconvenience for arriving.
