The food and service were both excellent. Our 13 member party only waited 5 minutes to be seated. Each member of the party was very satisfied with their food, which included crab cakes, ribs, bbq salmon, lemon pepper wings, turkey wings, whole chicken wings, fried catfish, chicken tenders, Philly cheese steak egg rolls, cornbread, Mac and cheese, greens, green beans, yams, mashed potatoes and gravy, and fries.
By far, the absolute best definitely a greatdeal!and Grits that I have ever had. For an $8 entrée the order was much larger than I expected and absolutely delicious and the rice was steeped in melted cheese with fantastic spices. I also ordered the entrée hot wings (10), im taking them with me because I have to go back to work. I did try one. They are also delicious and large.
I absolutely adore this restaurant because it has a wonderful atmosphere and the food is usually good. The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is because sometimes the service can be slow and your drink can take awhile to be refilled. In addition I feel like sometimes on rare occasions the seasoning can be lacking. That being said this restaurant is a real gem !😊
