They have nasty pizzas and my mom ordered the $6.99 special carry out and this guy named Phillip and another person I don’t know her name said the pizzas would be ready in 30 minutes so we waited and waited and waited so my mom was upset and she saw our pizzas fixed and put to the side and they were cold when we got home their customer service was horrible and distasteful I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody we wouldn’t go there anymore

No other word to describe other than pathetic. Placed an online order for 1 med. pizza at 6:30 on a Monday night. After an hour of waiting, called several times with no answer. I was stuck on hold for a total of 35 mins before giving up. Finally got my singular pizza after 2 and a half hours. Don’t order from here unless you want to be disappointed.

I didn't get to try the food. After the cashier told me it would be $31 for a 12 piece wing order, I dipped. That is way too much. Also they had Plexi glass set up at the counter, so it gave a disconnected feel. The cashier was nice but had trouble hearing me behind the glass so I had to repeat myself several times really loud which made things awkward. The parking lot is very tight. I probably would not give this place a second chance off the parking alone, if I have to carry out. I felt very nervous trying to back out because there is not a whole lot of room to maneuver between the entrance and the other cars. The restaurant was clean. Thanks for trying.

Please explain an hour wait for food to be delivered when you live 2 minutes from this location? When to try to call your on hold for 30+ minutes which btw was enough time for my husband to drive to this location and meet the delivery driver who hadn’t left after making the delivery. Not worth 25% tip I gave. Next time staying local, at least it will be delivered faster.
I ordered here for the first time and not only was the food bad but so was the service. I had the pizza delivered. I was told that it would be 30-45 mins so after that time had passed I went to check outside only to see my food placed on the porch. Brought it in and took out 1 slice to try it and it was terrible. Then I tried a wing, took a large bite only to find it wasn't even done. After not getting an answer from calling, I took the pizza and wings back to the store myself and told them what happened. The staff were horrible. You can tell they were young kids because of the way they were acting about the situation. I was insulted by the heavy set caucasian guy and I will never order from here again. I will be contacting corporate about this matter.

I just got my order from this and my pizza i almost took a bite of it and realized there . was someone else hair in it. I tried to call the local Domino's Pizza where we order at they had us on the phone waiting for a long time and hung up too. I'm not happy that we can't get a hold of a team member. I won't be able to eat my pizza. Who would want hair on your pizza? . Please all I wanted was to eat some food pizza. 😞

Had to wait an hour for my order, yet there were no other orders all there was was 2 pizzas they also refused to deliver and made it seem like we had to get the pizzas ASAP, and was still waiting
