This place is a joke. I ordered pizza online. Send someone to pick it up. Get a call 30 minutes later telling me that they were going to call the cops on me because I didn't pay for my pizza. I did pay for my pizza. I went and asked the person that picked it up if they paid for the pizza they were like. Yeah we paid for the pizza. I tried to call them back and of course no one would answer the phone after they threatened to call the police on me. Maybe if they got off their phone and paid attention to what they would do and they wouldn't have this problem

Not sure what happened recently. We always order from this location. Never had a complaint but tonight our pizza was not good. It’s hard to explain but the crust was almost as if it had been recooked. It was hard and had the texture of a frozen pizza. There was also chunks of doe that stuck to the bottom of the pizza. You can tell whoever made the pizza had a dirty prep space. Also, I never thought I would ever say this but there was WAY TOO MUCH cheese. It made it impossible to eat unless with a fork. Even my 5 and 7 yr old would not eat it which is crazy! My best guess is they repurposed a pizza that had already been made. They basically tossed on more cheese and added sausage to one half and popped it back in the oven until melted. That would explain the crust being harder and frozen like. Also explains the crazy amount of cheese. Not sure I’m willing to risk it again at this location. The pizza seriously tasted like a day old digiorno.

If you happen to order your food at night, you will not get your food in a timely manner. For instance, I was told my pizza left the store at 10:02 mind you i live about 5 minutes away from the actual store, it took them 30-40 from the time it says they left to get my pizza. This has happened to me more than once with the night shift crew! To add to that matter there is no tracking capabilities for neither of these times to tell where the actual pizza is or if it has left the building! Overall this dominoes is horrible, if you’re ordering form here make sure it’s door dash or find another place dominoes to order from!

Worst experience ever. Placed an online order with a 30 to 35 minute wait, no problems.My pizza tracker stayed on preparing pizza, so I figured the program was wacked.Went inside after 40 minutes to find out the store had NO pizza dough!!Delivery had not arrived yet and they were out of not just dough, but every topping. I will try this store again as they've been ok in past. 1 hall pass is all they get. This is a corporate problem.

Absolute trash. I gave them two chances. My first order got cancelled and I was never notified. When I called to check I was given the excuse of not having drivers employed at the location. The second time (a year later) it took to hours to get ice cold foo that I just threw out. This place is not worth wasting any of your money at.

There very frugal with the extra chicken and only put a normal to sparse amount even when paying for extra chicken..
I made 3 online orders for pick up at 2:15pm (6 pizzas, 3 bread bites, 3 cinn twists, 3 sodas). I called at 1:58pm to ask if they could please "double cut" the pizzas because they were for elementary school kids. The lady on the phone sounded annoyed, and it took her several minutes to even recognize the order. Once she confirmed the order and that she could double cut them, she asked me when I was planning to come and pick up the pizzas because they're already ready and sitting here. I informed her that I was 15 minutes away and that the pick-up time was ordered for 2:15pm, not 2pm. This Domino's was very small, basically just a counter to order at; the store appeared clean enough. When I arrived, my food was sitting on racks under a table, no warmer or bags to keep them at temp. There only appeared to be one employee at the time, a man, the phone rang most of the time I was packing up my order. When I got to the school (a 9 min drive) I was disappointed with the temperature of the pizzas and the appearance of 2 of the pizzas. The steak pizza was dry and looked like it was topped with jerky. The thin crust cheese pizza was unrecognizable and remained untouched by 20 hungry pre-teens. The bread bites were fine. The cinn twists seemed a bit overcooked.

That was the worst salad I've had by far, the lettuce was old and black. Definitely a waste of $8, never again will I order the salad. Also there was a lot of oil on my pizza, which sucks because I have acid reflux that's why I get the white pizza. Just overall not very happy with my order.

Called in a order. Said it was a 1hr wait. Paid for it. 2.5hrs later, nothing. Called back, nobody answered. Called twice, no answer. They took my money and never delivered my pizza. EDIT: Changed my start to two because I finally got someone on the phone and they gave me a refund. No explanation or anything. Must've been a bad night.
