Came here at 6am to pickup an mobile order. When I arrived at the store, I proceeded to try and walk up however both doors was locked and two different employees were just staring at me..I tried to signal twice if I needed to go around the drive thru which nobody replied just kept staring. Horrible service for 6 freaking Am

I usually stay away from Dunkin because I always have more negative than positive experiences. Iâm not sure who was on the drive thru intercom today (6/29/25 , around 2:40 pm) I tried to order the Cookie Dough Cold Foam iced coffee per their drive thru menu and she acted like I didnât know what I was talking about. Her attitude and tone sounded irritated. âYeah, you keep saying the same thing and we donât have that at all.â Girl, if you donât know the menu just say that. Maybe if her tone was nicer I wouldâve ordered something else but her attitude made me feel like I was speaking another language. Went to Starbucks across the street, even though I wanted to give Dunkin another try, but I donât have time for attitude and I donât have time to go back and forth. Itâs too hot. Maybe management needs to retrain on customer service & tone. Hopefully she was nicer to the next customer.

Whoemever is doing the cooking right now at 12:42 pm on 6/25/2025 needs to be fired...she tried to give me a bacon egg and cheese croissant that was not cooked (cheese was placed straight on the sandwich and not cooked....croissant was not hot or warm at all). Returned the sandwich to have it re done and I was given a burned sandwhich...I eat here almost everyday....this is not acceptable...I think the workers first name begins with a K

Hit or miss here. They hardly ever have munchkins in stock which is disappointing for my kids, shouldnât you do a better job at stocking items if you want to turn a profit?

I hate it when you walk over to grab a couple of donuts and a cup of coffee and thereâs a sign on the door that says âDrive Thru Onlyâ. Makes that cold walk for nothing. This is not the first time the sign has been on the door.
Sure wanted that coffee though.

All my drinks were made wrong. When I said something about it they got defensive, my coffee had no flavor and tasted like straight up milk. I'm not impressed at all. Will not be returning to this location in the future.
