As a first-year teacher, my mornings can be a little hectic, but stopping at Dunkin’ 3–4 times a week for my daily matcha has become part of my routine—and it’s all thanks to the wonderful team here. Every single one of the ladies is so kind, but I have to give a special shout-out to Asaa at the window. The moment I hear her voice, I can’t help but smile.

Went here tonight for some food and with 45 minutes left before they close i was told they aren't serving any hot food only available food is donuts because they are cleaning up to leave poor customer service

Had to repeat my order multiple times and sent it back twice due to its being taken incorrectly. I am severely lactose intolerant. They ended up STILL putting dairy in my order, making my stomach cramp up and my becoming so ill I have to leave work before noon, which resulted in a loss of pay for me. Please better train your employees to LISTEN and SLOW DOWN when taking and making orders!
