Went here tonight for some food and with 45 minutes left before they close i was told they aren't serving any hot food only available food is donuts because they are cleaning up to leave poor customer service

Had to repeat my order multiple times and sent it back twice due to its being taken incorrectly. I am severely lactose intolerant. They ended up STILL putting dairy in my order, making my stomach cramp up and my becoming so ill I have to leave work before noon, which resulted in a loss of pay for me. Please better train your employees to LISTEN and SLOW DOWN when taking and making orders!

I love Dunkin and this one is my favorite. However on my recent visits I’ve discovered the hours of operation are terrible. And apparently the inside closes at 4… when I pull my trailer I can no longer finagle my way through the drive thru because they installed a new height bar. Why close the inside at 4? Why when I come by at 6 pm is it closed? So many questions. Also customer service is declining and not just here but everywhere.
