Firehouse Subs Victory Blvd

I feel like I was being rushed when I was ordering . When I sat down to wait for my food to be made I begin thinking about the things I forgot to add when ordering due to the cashier rushing me . This was my second time eating Firehouse Subs so I was unaware of everything they had . I feel cheated

I walked in and the lady sat on the phone and the other person stayed in the back. Never even acknowledged me or took my order. Walked out after a couple minutes.

If there was a zero star option they’d get it. Used to be a nice place, hasn’t been kept up with, they’ve phoned it in for the Urka Durk labor force that no one can understand. No hair or face nets coupled with unkept facial hair. Paid for extra cheese never got it. Up charged for a pickle, and I swear their sandwiches were bigger, how do I order a large $20 sandwich and it’s the side of a Hogie from Wawa. Then proceeded to wait 20min for it. Will not be returning to this location. All around aweful experience

Rude manager taking a phone call instead waiting on a paying customer placing an order. After he finally got off the phone he just looked at me like what do you want? I won't be back.

Owners incredibly incompetent and unprofessional. They hire people for them to show up just to tell them they no longer have the job so if you are thinking of employment with them proceed with caution . They are racist and if I were you all unless you are racist as well would not support this location . Food is very mediocre at best and no professionalism

Another customer was kicked out and a third was yelled at for changing her drink.
DO NOT come to this location. Horrible customer service and disrespect to military.

I heard about this place from a co-worker, and it's goodish. I ordered the pastrami sub, not enough meat for me, and the pickle was a sliver, not exactly a pickle where I come from? RI, I'm used to New York kind of pickles!
I may try the Thanksgiving sandwich another time, the pictures don't look like the actual sandwich?

They treated the service members so horribly on Veterans Day. I have never seen anything like this! Going as far to take ID’s from them and give them back telling them were not active duty! When they clearly were except those her were retired or separated from service. When they inquired about the drink and chips to go with the sandwich as advertised, the employees said yes and the female working there, spoke up and said it wasn’t. Showed them the advertisement and she said “you have your free food, get your drink and chips, and shut up and get out”! I’ve never witnessed anything like that, with a room full of proud service members as customers! Will never go back! She handled other customers who were non military affiliated rudely, and answered the phone and hung up on calls coming in rude as well. Horrible service!

I been stopped going to this store because they take forever and always get the order wrong but today I went because it’s Veterans Day same they’re supposed to be giving free combos. I walk up and the door is locked after watching me try the doors 3 times the guy inside finally gave a gesture saying they were closed, mind you it was 2pm. So in other words just avoid this location of firehouse or I recommend going to Jersey Mike’s
