If you are looking for good food and good people this is where you wanna be. Grown and Sexy Vibe. The staff are the best!
We were going to the casino and wanted to grab a quick dinner beforehand. Saturday evening 5pm, so the place was not crowded yet, but you could tell they were setting up for an event later. As soon as we walked in, we were immediately greeted and told to sit wherever we'd like. A really nice server came over, asked if it was our first time there and brought menus, got our drinks order, and went to go get them. Based on customer reviews, Victory River Burger Bistro (VRBB) is a Black-owned establishment with a chill and relaxed atmosphere. There is a bar and restaurant, a cigar/smoking room with TVs, and an outside area with fire pits and heating elements. The owners (Husband and Wife duo) always ensure customers are well taken of. The service has been great for years. The food is good and on POINT. The P-Towner was amazing, one of the best tasting burgers ever. The burger was amazing and flavorful. Fries were crispy and cooked in fresh oil. The catfish and fries was all eaten by a 9-year-old. The portion was great. The drinks were on the strong side. The music represented black culture. Some downsides include it being quite warm inside and a drink tasting like water. A customer paid $39 for 3 pcs wings and fries and 1pc of fish and said the grease from chicken tasted like fish. The cigar selection is vast.
