Ordered food via app... Chicken sandwich was average, nothing extraordinary. But CANNOT ORDER THE FRIES WITHOUT SALT ON THE APP!!!! I was able to get my drink with light ice, and my sandwich was made as ordered with no pickles or that Carolina BBQ sauce, and added extra lettuce, all by the app!! At best, the food was mediocre with an above average price!!

Best fried chicken EVER!!!
I wish that Hardee’s would commit to more of their markets selling whole pieces and not just tenders because it’s a different taste and texture.
Anyway, back to my amazing experience! This precise location made the best fried chicken I ever tasted!
Seasoned perfectly Crunch with every bite Juicy, cooked pieces Yes, even the white meat was juicy!
I added honey to my pieces, request packs And it just really took it to another level.
I was in town visiting and doubled back my last day and bought a 8 piece box that came with 4 biscuits. Picked a half gallon of the best sweet tea too.
*only (-) there were no napkins placed in my to go bag. I ordered the chicken off the app. It was hot and ready when I arrived.

I just want to give kudos to Ronika I think her name was (Jan 6th evening shift).. I didn't feel like cooking once I got off work during the winter freeze. I headed to two places that said they were closed due to the weather we may get and I keep going. Hardee's was next on the list.. I went inside to order because I'm sooooo indecisive and didn't want to run their drive thru up... I was in and out with fresh meals in less than 5mins.. Now I know you're saying, yea, that's what fast food should be but the reality is, most times its not.. Thanks for being there, open and ready for the folks that needed a food hero...lol It was only her and maybe 2 others but they handled everything so well and swiftly.. Thanks Ronika and team..
Don’t use the APP the workers will not put the food in your bag and they act like they’re accurate they’re stealing money from customers with this behavior and attitude super disappointing use DoorDash at least they will refund your money if restaurant staff doesn’t give the correct order Yup, yeah “cinnamon roll was hard and old”

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've had in a long time. It took a long time to get my food. The food was not completely cooked. The staff acted like they were doing me a favor by taking my order.

I pulled up..all I heard was- Your order? I gave my order. Went to the window to get said order all she said was “here”. Smh. Young lady had red and black braids/ twist. If I could give no stars I would. Horrible. I didn’t even eat it.
