Horrible service. The young kid on night shift with braces has terrible customer service and listening skills. I asked for a large and got small. Sloppiest burger I’ve ever had here. He also forgot my ranch and I had to ask for it.

OMGoodness! I am currently in the parking lot...back in my car! I just pulled up at this location to purchase breakfast for my coworkers and me. The grounds are not as clean as they should be. Thought I'd still give them a chance. I walk inside and there's trash on the floor, the floors aren't clean...but, to top it all off, the associate was on her phone texting when I walked up to the counter. I left...and, I'm not sure that she even knows that I came or left because she never looked up. This place is unclean and the customer service that I received was horrible. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

Rudest drive through person I’ve ever encountered. 7/10/25 3pm
Ordered food via app... Chicken sandwich was average, nothing extraordinary. But CANNOT ORDER THE FRIES WITHOUT SALT ON THE APP!!!! I was able to get my drink with light ice, and my sandwich was made as ordered with no pickles or that Carolina BBQ sauce, and added extra lettuce, all by the app!! At best, the food was mediocre with an above average price!!

Best fried chicken EVER!!!
I wish that Hardee’s would commit to more of their markets selling whole pieces and not just tenders because it’s a different taste and texture.
Anyway, back to my amazing experience! This precise location made the best fried chicken I ever tasted!
Seasoned perfectly Crunch with every bite Juicy, cooked pieces Yes, even the white meat was juicy!
I added honey to my pieces, request packs And it just really took it to another level.
I was in town visiting and doubled back my last day and bought a 8 piece box that came with 4 biscuits. Picked a half gallon of the best sweet tea too.
*only (-) there were no napkins placed in my to go bag. I ordered the chicken off the app. It was hot and ready when I arrived.
