Every time I have gone there three times in the last year whether to get food for myself or doing deliveries. Every time has been a wait of 30 minutes to an hour. And the staff is just rude. Orders are taken with attitude and then they do not even speak to you despite waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting…….
Went to Hardee's to get my Family Dinner. 30$ later I Ordered a MONSTER burger meal on Frisco bread.. A FRISCO burger meal two double cheese burgers and 3 piece chicken tender. After pulling up almost 20 mins for my food while car after car got their food.. I was finally met my the window attendant who didn't say a single word just handed me the bag then walked away. A huge poster or picture is in numerous Hardees locations in Portsmouth, Va., including yours. The shipyard shown in the picture however is Portsmouth Naval Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. The shipyard in Portsmouth Va is called Norfolk Naval Shipyard. This is a monumental screwup, who does your research ?? Amazing......
