Absolutely terrible! Don't go here pls save your money. The cashiers have terrible attitudes morning and night, and they never get your food right. I just left here and had to go to another location because this one NEVER gets my order right, whether it's 1 item or a mobile order. They made me wait a total of 7 min for the WRONG sandwich. I will be back to talk to the general manager about this because it's no excuse for this. You have one job which is to make the food correct and fast and quite frankly this Hardee's location lacks both. I also work in customer service so i understand mistakes happen but not constantly.

I went inside to place a breakfast order and I noticed how well all of the staff worked together during a very busy morning. The young lady working the register was patient and efficient. The manager was in all places at once it seemed - she handled her rush with professionalism and a smile.

I ordered a 3pc chicken tenders and they were so small, they looked like chicken bites and it was 5.99 I had to return to get the right size chicken tenders and they were rude when I bought my food back

I always avoid this location because it is extremely slow. I just popped in for breakfast and was happy to see that they finally have a manager that cares about customer service. Krissy was not only leading and directing her team efficiently, she was jumping in to assist with getting orders completed and even remembered customers by name. And she did it all with a smile the entire time. This place needs more of her and less of whatever was happening before.

Every time I have gone there three times in the last year whether to get food for myself or doing deliveries. Every time has been a wait of 30 minutes to an hour. And the staff is just rude. Orders are taken with attitude and then they do not even speak to you despite waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting…….

First of all I paid and was asked to move up to the line. Waited a bout 10 minutes. I was not given napkins. Mustard was all over the sabdwich and the wrapper.
so i went in to get a big bag this short lady wearing a purple shirt and was bald took my order and was just being so rude and acting annoyed whenever she was taking my order then she went into the back and i heard her talking all trash about my outfit and what i ordered and then i heard her telling the cooks to take extra long with my meal 0/10 never coming here ever again and all my food was cold
