Every time I have gone there three times in the last year whether to get food for myself or doing deliveries. Every time has been a wait of 30 minutes to an hour. And the staff is just rude. Orders are taken with attitude and then they do not even speak to you despite waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting, and waiting…….

Sat for 25 mins blocked in the drive through only to get cold sub par and over priced food. When I asked for a manager I was told “we don’t have one” and the employee walked away.

Went thru the drive thru this morning to get the new Frisco breakfast sandwich with bacon and look at that picture! Barely any egg and paid over $5 for the sandwich. Wow, come on Hardee’s do better!

Food is good, customer service needs work. Employee was bringing me the wrong item, did not apologize, excuse herself, or speak politely. She didn’t ask for my order number. She was curt, needs customer service training. Will avoid establishment from now on.

The food was fresh, and the lady in the drive-thru was nice. My only complaint- that the lid did not fit the coffee cup. I took a sip, and it went ALL down my shirt. Luckily, it wasn't hot. But I had to go home and change.

Pulled in at 1147... I ordered two breakfast sandwiches...

There were five cars in front of me..
When I get to the window which took twelve minutes...
The woman told me it was $5 and change.I handed her a 20 dollar bill..
She looks at me and says we don't have any one dollar bills...
You could have told me that when I ordered.......
So I hand her my debit card .. she runs the debit card ...
Then ask me to pull off to the side....
I said no you can cancel my order..

I know you guys are busy

But you can do better....

Thanks for wasting my time this morning ....
