The food is fresh and hot. Sometimes the flavor of the pancit and lo mein fluctuates from good to great. Just wish their was more consistency on greatness. But haven't been disappointed. Would like more delivery options.

I've travel a lot for work so I've eaten a lot of takeout food. This was great. The food was prepared well and tasted great. The staff was friendly. Prices were on par with the area. Will definitely be returning.

I ordered Chicken Egg Foo Yong without onions. I ended up with the onions. I thought the order to be simple. Food fixers don't listen.Once home, I gave it away.

Update: My sister was with me buying food to for her family. She ordered General Tsaos combo, orange chicken and chicken lo mein. There was no orange chicken….

My usual Chinese spot is on vacation so I decided to go to Jacky Chen. I remember them being amazing at their old location. Once they moved I tried them and it was bad. I decided to give them another chance today. The fried rice and egg rolls that come with the combo orders had large pieces of pork fat. My order was almost $80 for my family. I ordered 3 orders of Crab Rangoon. These things were hard as a rock, it was hard to but it. It’s like they fried them the day before or in the morning and was just refrying them for people’s orders. There was less than a table spoon of filling and got many that were not filled. Manager says their oil must be old. I don’t believe that.He said next time I come in I’ll get a free Rangoon. I live more than 20 minutes away after having a horrible meal I was not driving back out. I’m never come back here. All of all the Chinese places I’ve been to in my life and places I’ve lived this was the worse one I’ve ever been to.

For takeout, you can't get much better! Everything tasted great. I got crab Rangoon, pork fried rice, and a sweet and sour chicken dinner. It was all delicious, hot, and fresh. You can also watch them cook your food, if you want. They don't have anywhere to sit and eat which is fine, if you are looking for takeout

Ok, I had to change my review. The sesame chicken was dry and the crab ragoons were chewy, almost too hard to eat. Disappointed. Also, please stop being lazy and making triangle crab ragoons, that's not how you make them.

I’ve been going here since they opened their new location. The food taste and quality was amazing. I don’t know if they have new cooks or changed the quality of the food they purchase, but for the last few months the food has been horrible. I think they need to go back to where they started.

Thought I liked their food but the general tso was mushy (too bready maybe?) and not cooked well. The taste itself was good and lomein was good. But overall, very disappointing because of the way it was cooked... Then, I witnessed the man cooking some beef or steak of some sort by scooping it with a scooper and then placing the scopper (covered in raw juices and meat) on top of PRECOOKED fried chicken wings. This is very unsanitary and cross contamination and the chicken is not made to order. Won't be returning as of now.

They sent my food without any utensils to eat it, no napkins and left it outside my door without notifying me. I found it 45 minutes later.
