I really don’t understand what’s going on it is 830 pm Monday, 23 June and the employees at Jimmy John’s have locked the door and literally staring at me through the window but will not open the door. They will not even acknowledge my presence. I don’t understand what kind of management you have here this is absolutely ridiculous

8:45 and the door is locked, employee just hanging out on their phone. I get it, 15 minutes till close people want to go home but THE STORE ISN’T CLOSED YET, you’re shift isn’t over for at least 20 minutes, I should be able to get a sub for dinner. What is the point of having hours of operation if they aren’t reliable???? It’s just lazy.

My son ordered the chicken jalapeño wrap...there was a fly wrapped up in it...have a picture as proof...never eating there again
So many bad reviews but I work down the street for about 2+ years and eat there a few times a week. Never have I ever had a problem with the customer service or food. So definitely don't go by these reviews because I feel there not very accurate. They deserve alot more credit then what they have received. No matter who is working , they are always a team getting things done in a amazing timely order. I actually just ate there about 30 minutes ago. They gentlemen there were on top of everything, greeted me as I walked in and acknowledged that I was leaving. They made sure everything I ordered was in the bag and I did not have to wait at all. I don't do many reviews but I decided to check there as while I was eating for GP... And seen some of the negative comments and I've never experienced any of the negativity these people speak of.
