I went to drive thru at 8:28 the employee on the speaker said I should come back in 37 minutes to order I said I was willing to order no w and wait he said I can't do that,then should return in 37 miss I did and they were closed down I questioned the manger in the parking lot he just blew me off

I'm not understanding how this kfc never have chicken prep and ready especially at 1:00pm. Like this Is the second time I done been there and still no chicken ready. Then they be having attitude im so not coming back ever. #poor costumer service.

Absolutely terrible. Order pickup. Both of my bowls were put in the bag sideways and lost half my food in the bag. Order a large fry and Mac and cheese and neither item was filled either. Waste of money of this place. Never go to this location.

My husband did an online order and I went there to pick his order up, I proceeded to go to the drive thru. While I was there I myself noticed the advertisement for the tenders and decided to give them a try. While proceeding to order I have never in all my life on this earth been so disrespected and talked to so rudely while trying to spend my money. I was told there were no tenders available I asked how long would it be the young lady informed me she didn’t know how long it would be and she had things in the fryer that was cooking so they wasn’t cooking anything else. I changed my mind and ask could I order the saucy nuggets, she then proceeded to rudely tell me they ain’t have that either and I needed to order something else. While I was looking over the menu I felt rushed because she kept asking me to place my order and I asked politely “what is it that yall do have available so i could place my order” she then asked was I talking to her I responded yes because i clearly can’t order from the menu she stated and I quote “ppl order food online for delivery orders are they priority so when ppl like you come to the store you get what we have left I just had 2 8 piece meals send out I don’t have nothing left but crispy chicken and filets which are sandwiches” before I could tell her nevermind i just wanted my mobile order she then proceeded to yell we got nuggets that just came up you can have that what’s your side I told her entree only. I get to the window I see she is clearly upset with how long it took me to finally order even tho it was because they didn’t have anything I wanted and kept yelling to the older gentleman how I “messed they time up and he was going to have to ride through the drive thru to bring their time down” and how she was ready to go because she not dealing with this type of stuff til 10. I kept my cool paid for my items tried to get my husband food she told me it won’t ready that they system didn’t show he placed a order and how I needed to come inside because that’s how they do mobile orders even tho he selected drive thru for his option. I then had to drive back around because the front of their store was backed up with cars and a truck unloading product and was then able to get a older man who was able to ask for the mobile order name and proceeded to give me my husband order thru the drive thru.
It’s the audacity of this little girl talking to me like she my momma being rude to the customer, no respect or customer service skills at all who is paying for you to even have a check for a job YOU applied for!!!! It’s TOO many other options to choose from where I can actually go to spend my money and get treated and talked to like I’m appreciated! DONT LIKE YOUR JOB GET ANOTHER ONE ITS NOT THE CUSTOMER FAULT!!! However mark my words by the end of 2025 this location will be closed if you don’t do something about your rude employees let alone your inability to simply sell what your advertising on the menu delivery orders or not! And from the look of these reviews it might not even last that long! Do yourself a favor avoid going here unless you got the patience of a saint because I guarantee you they will mess up any kind of good day your having!!!! I will NEVERRR spend another dime here. Ever again!

Never got greeted at the counter. Employee just walked up and looked at me. Wasn't able to get the correct pieces for a family meal. Was told they only had certain pieces. Lobby was EXTREMELY FILTHY.

I’m so heated. How are you gonna give me a famous bowl with no chicken in it? Then not answer the phones at all. Prices on everything have gone up and I expect what I pay for. They said it would be a wait on the popcorn chicken. We said okay that is fine we will wait and still have me a bowl with no chicken. If you didn’t want to make the popcorn chicken that bad you could have said you were out. Missing the whole protein out of the bowl it’s ridiculous and since when do pot pies have bones in them? Just ridiculous because now I have to send my boyfriend back out to get the famous bowl with chicken when we could be eating dinner together right now.

Resturant filthy. Tables, floors, walls, pictures are really dirty. Trash overflowing. Floors not been sweep. Staff sitting around. Not very friendly. Food was ok not as expected.

I go to the KFC on chestnut st a few times a month and they always seem to screw up my order. This last time they forgot about 1/3 of my order. I went to back up there. The manager filled the rest of my order but had no remorse or said a word about their mistake. He gave me my food and walked away. I work in customer service and understand things happen. If he had acted like he cared even a little I'd continue to go there but the fact that he didn't care at all is the reason for this. Find another KFC to go to is my recommendation
