Pulled up to pick up a uber order at 11:30. It’s was another car in front on me. Had been sitting for at least 10 mins. Man comes out taking out trash yelling at us about they closed and they weren’t taking anymore orders. Mind you they close at 12. I think whoever owns this kfc should look into better staff that want to actually work

Honestly, although I remind myself not to revisit this store, I continue to remain hopeful. There has been improvement from my past experiences. The issues were long wait times and average food at best. The drive thru staff wasn't friendly or even sociable which made the experiences feel wooden and hollow. However, as time has gone by it appears that that staff has more or less phased out and is being replaced by people who actually seem to care. If this continues I will certainly update this review.

Last time I was here was almost a year ago and my chicken sandwich was all breading. Had a craving and decided to risk it, the guy at the drive through was pretending he couldn't hear anyone so he didn't have to take orders. I could hear my own voice echo through too so I'm certain he could hear and just didn't want to do his job. And like I get it, jobs like this suck, I work a customer service job and it sucks and some days I don't want to work either. But I still do work. I suck it up like a big girl and do my job anyway

I’m a delivery driver, I came to pick up an order. Even though the store was empty, I was kept waiting for a long time. This wastes our time and delays our work. Please be quicker and more attentive

In all my years which is almost 40 never been to a KFC so bad, bathroom toilet looked like it hasnt been clwaned in months. CS was rude and got not one thing wrong but everything we ordered. Famous bowl had burnt nuggets and burrito wasnt wrapped so gusshed with meat and sauce everywhere couldn’t even pick it up.

Went there Sunday Aug 3rd at 6:30 pm to have dinner with family. Lobby was closed to customers was waived around to the drive thru. I refused...we came to sit down like humans and have a meal and not be fed out a window like zoo animals.Will also be contacting corporate about this issue. Since they dont want to serve customers they can stay at home. Hopefully they can get some crew to do the right thing.

Went here other night bout 8 o'clock...they had the chairs turnt upside down on table at 8oclock... The doors locked... Never have I seen the inside closed at 8 .... But ok went thru the drive thru then was told it would be 15 min wait I said wow u not serving nobody inside n you don't got any chicken but ok I'll wait .... So the car in front of me wasn't at the window long maybe a min n then pulled off ..my turn which wasn't even 1 min after my order was taken...I get to the window n the food was bagged sealed n ready... How sway..when 60 seconds ago u said it's 15 min wait... Was that to make us customers leave so y'all ain't have to serve any customers.. so if the 12 peice meal was ready 60 second after u took my order n lied n said 15 min to make me say forget it n drive off which I did not ... Where did the chicken magically appear from if it's gonna take 15 mins... Hhmmmm ... So lying to the customers to make them all leave so u don't have to work n serve customers is insane... But hey that's what is allowed here at George Washington hwy KFC.. wonder how many other people they lied to that night or any other night so they don't have to serve anyone...sad....pitiful...lazy...customer service

Man the people working at night the 2 lady's and the guy ,KFC taco bell the need a race these are excellent employs, employees like this come once in a lifetime and you should cherish them. You got the dream team. I mean, I showed up when they was about to close and they whooped me up a meal. The girls were friendly I don't know what to say.I mean, best service i've had in my life
I love KFC, so I decided to try this location. The store was clean and decent, my chicken was fresh and hot. My cashier was courteous, just need to have quicker service, and it would've been perfect. All in all, not bad.....

Worst customer service EVER! Bad attitudes and burnt chicken. Refuse to give receipt and overcharge. Will not be returning there. Place need better customer service.

This has been the fifth time this place has either given incorrect food or "forgot" to give the right amount of food on the receipt. I truly do not recommend this place and hope it will close eventually. They give old, stale chicken, with no biscuits when they are a part of said meal. Please either hire new staff or shut down the "establishment" so people who actually want to work for their money can work there. Also so people can enjoy the food promised and not regret going there. I'll NEVER eat there again.

The manager was very patient with my order. Very professional. I've been to many drive thru restaurants and I can tell you they all need to learn how to better treat their customers like the KFC on George Washington highway does. Thank you. And God bless
