Customer service is horrible! The have two peel working in the restaurant and female cashier is disrespectful. She doesn’t want to ring up orders instead directing everyone to the kiosk, rude and doesn’t want to help. You should hear how she’s talking to the older customers. No home training.

Ordered a orders a meal with apple pie poppers. The chicken tasted like it was spoiled my stomach is still hurting from swallowing the bite I took. The apple poppers wasn’t even cooked completely raw white looking. If there was a choice to leave zero stars I would. Cashier was pleasant she gets five stars, the atmosphere zero place needs to be updated badly.

Waited over 40 mins just to come home and my order be wrong and then when my mom went up there to fix it they told her she needed to wait for them to fix it.. this place is ridiculous having to wait for your mistake after being considerate the first time I had to wait is crazy. I spent over 60 dollars and couldn't even enjoy what I wanted from my family meal after having my teeth pulled. All we needed was two gravy's... Thats it.

The wedges were cold and greasy. The sauced chicken wings were not hot, they just taste like honey. The wings were also pink with every bite. The coleslaw taste like onions.

This resturant sent a chicken breast that didn't have any breading on it and dried out...and cheated me of one of my drinks. When I called to have this corrected the person hung up on me. Very rude.

We went to the drive through tonight and the lady who took our order was very rude. She was snapping at us for no reason and criticized my mother for taking too long to order and being indecisive (we took less than 1 minute). I tried to be polite to her but she was extremely hostile. She clearly hates her job. I understand your life is miserable but do not take it out on me. Beyond awful customer service. I don’t understand how an incompetent person like that could be hired by a multi billion dollar company like this. It’s very unbecoming, KFC please do better with hiring competent professional employees.

Got 4 piece chic strips and large m&c - chicken over cooked and very hard Mac and cheese old and has burnt pieces like someone scraped side of pan to fill this order - very disappointed won’t go back and it’s literally around the corner from my house. $15 for inedible food shame on them….

Yesterday at about 6:39 PM I pulled into the drive-through at KFC on Airline Boulevard in Portsmouth, Virginia. I have not been to this KFC Since the pandemic. The upper right quadrant of the Drive-through menu was broken and located behind the lower right quadrant of the menu. As a result, I couldn’t read what yesterday‘s specials were. I asked the cashier on the intercom what yesterdays specials were and someone in the background yelled out to tell me to read the menu board. I attempted to Explain that the menu board is not visible and it is broken. Only then did the cashier tell me what the specials were as I continued on with my order, the person in the background is still upset that the cashier is telling me what’s on the menu even though I explained that beer menu was broken. I asked to speak to the manager while still at the intercom and I was Verbally dismissed by being told that if my order is complete, then pull around to the window. When I arrived at the window, I asked for the manager again and the cashier ignored me. I plead to see the manager because I wanted to park and speak with them in person. The cashier told me that the lobby is always closed and asked me if I needed anything else being even more dismissive. First and foremost, the young lady in the backgroundwas very loud and obnoxious, unprofessional, and Rude. Her attitude was extremely unbecoming a good representation of customer service. No one should be working in an atmosphere such as this with an attitude like that. That person had no customer service etiquette whatsoever. I hope that KFC corporate ensures that people with attitudes such as this, never have the opportunity to work for their company. As a customer, I should be able to walk in and see what type of environment my food is being cooked in, and I should never have to worry about being mistreated for not being able to read a menu that’s not visible for customers to see. I’m An educated, retired veteran with a masters degree, of course I can read. Lol! As we say in the military, this was completely UNSAT! Finally, this restaurant is still operating on pandemic status and the original recipe seems not to be available whenever my husband and sons have ordered in the past year. It’s July 2025.

Absolutely the very worst chicken and service ever. Two women working and store not busy. I had a pick up order and waited 10 minutes before one of them acknowledged me! Then when I asked if the biscuits were in the order she barked at me and said you see the box? No wonder this is the worst store ever, chicken isn’t good anymore. Do not go there
