Love Krispy Kreme but the donuts here were quite soggy. When the hot sign is on it would be great if the donuts were freshly made and not just dipped in the frosting.

Parking: Staff was great... donut were not!

Looking at the other reviews I'm not the only one to encounter the rude employee. First girl in the morning was decent that started my order 2nd one that finished my order not so. Spoke to her twice looked at me and did not say a word. Same one two months ago. Spent 38$ in the store. Never again.

The employee on the register should have called off this particular day. She had the most nonchalant attitude

My daughter and I came in tonight excited to try the Christmas doughnuts. We were celebrating my birthday and looking forward to a nice dessert, however once inside the employee Brionna made us feel as if we were a bother to her even being there ! She answered the phone while we were there and rolled her eyes annoyed so that already made us uncomfortable. I tried smiling the entire time to be friendly and yet she still was cold and unwelcoming . Sad because this was my daughter’s first experience and the customer service was HORRIBLE for no reason . If you don’t want to work somewhere or be there, quit ! Keep in mind it wa 630PM so it’s not like we were the last customers or anything like that . Just an overall disappointing experience especially for my daughter.

We did pick up, doughnuts were cold which is fine. But the bag and the box, also the doughnuts smell cigarette. It's not just little bit !!!! Please wash your hands and pack with gloves or something. Hopefully it changes for next customer.

They have a bee infestation could barely get through the entrance door without the fear of being stung by a bee when I finally got into the restaurant I saw two bees in the donut casing and I looked at the server. She said “yes I know we can’t get them out”, I think that’s disgusting because you could clearly get them out if you wanted to, but they choose not to and they’re still taking peoples orders with no problem

Customer service was not good. Tattoed Caucasian girl at window does not know how to talk to customers. Ordered and the young man taking the order was very polite when iI pulled around and she spoke it was a whole different experience.she gave me the wrong donuts even after i told her the ones she corrected the young man on. He was right.

My fiancé and I ordered a dozen donuts online from this store and paid when we ordered. Our pick up time was 9:30 pm and we was there on the dot. When I got up to the door, there were makeshift signs hanging up saying they were out of everything. I waited and waited until finally one of them stopped mopping the floor and came to help me. They directed me to a lady, whose name I didn’t get to talk to her. She told me that she couldn’t give me a refund and for me to call back this morning. I’ve called over and over, and no one answers the phone!! The most bogus part of all of this (besides that they won’t give me my money back) is that when I went and talked to her I seen a dozen sized doughnut box on a metal rack by the drive through window that was taped up. I fully believe those were ours that we purchased, and one of them decided they’d like to take them home with them.
Don’t go to this KK unless you want to have your money stolen :)

I arrived around 6:57am. to Krispy Kreme delighted to receive hot donuts after receiving an email about a $2 dozen after the purchase of 1 deal. I was helped by a light skin woman with twist in her two colored tone hair, who offered me room temperature dozens and I agreed because I didn't mind them not being super hot :) When I got to the car my donuts where cold to touch at the bottom of the box. When I opened them, I had a cold, "store brought" looking, hard donuts. I went back in and waited for the two customers in front of me to be serviced. While being helped, they were handled so rudely. A little woman was trying to help a older man with a discount by taking the survey on her recipient which was so sweet of her :) he walked in, asking about a senior discount because he had 3 little ones in the car also waiting for the goodies to come out. Instead of telling the man about the $2 second dozen, she decided to handle the lady rudely for trying to help him. Both are smiling and happy to be in the place of business this morning. She told her he would get one too, so she probably should hold it." The little lady hurried out, and the man took home only one assorted dozen after being serviced poorly. She then asked me what I needed? I told her the donuts were a little too cold for me, and could i get hot ones. Before i could finish, she snatched them away from me, grabbed another order she boxed for the drive Thur, and boxed me another dozen while saying, "i know how to handle this." She then fought with the bag to properly place them while being abrupt and rude. "I asked. Could 1 be sealed?" I wanted to leave a little message for my brother. He cared for me while I was sick a few days ago, and she asked me."Was this an online order?" We only add labels to online orders? I thought I was doing something wrong, this not an online order, but their you go." I told her I appreciate it. She slang my bag after rushing my donuts in the bag, and I walked out. I can careless about how I was treated, I'm pretty young, I'm used to it. But those elderly people, walking in, full of life, and good cheer, made me smile so wide. I was so happy to see that guy walk in. He made me smile. That bothered me to see him leave out without that other dozen, and I didn't want to say anything because she was already rushing him. I was furious. It was way too early to serve a sweet bun glazed in annoyance, topped with a bad attitude, and soaked in negativity this morning. I hope they get a double dose of sweetness from somewhere on this planet because I didn't get it this morning at Krispy Kreme on Victory Blvd In Portsmouth VA.
