I have never experienced such poor customer service. I placed an approximately $120 order for grocery pickup. My husband picked up the groceries and didn’t know what I ordered so he thought they put it all in his car. Well, later that evening I went to get some food that I thought was given to me and I discovered that $34 of my order was not given to me. This is extremely unprofessional. How does someone screw up that bad and forget that amount of food? So then I tried to call the store but at this point it was 9 pm so now I have to wait until tomorrow to get my food.

We needed formula urgently bc everywhere else around us was out and they recently put all their high dollar formula in a cabinet up front. When we asked for something out of the cabinet they told us they lost the key???? What? Ok things get lost but you to have a back up plan or at least a second key. Literally five minuets later I called the “store manager” and she told me they said they had found it! What in the actual hell is wrong with your floor staff where they can’t spend two seconds looking for a key or at least ask someone who could locate one. For as something as important as infant formula you guys better rethink locking things up you can’t get into!

The lady tells me she honestly don't remember so I ask her did she know which flavor was the freshest. She tell me the Garlic flavor one she put out about a hour ago.So I purchase the garlic one I get home and the chicken is drier than the psoriasis on my daughter's elbows.It is now pouring down rain again cats and dogs flash flood warning. I am tired worked all day it found its way to the trash attempted to call the shop got the run around.I just decided I will never purchase hot food from there again. I have worked in grocery and what it boils down associates are not rotating the product and checking dates.
