This restaurant refused to make my meal because they don’t make wings after nine but they took ALL OF MY MONEY even tho if I got a refund there was a cancellation fee that is completely unacceptable. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. Do not come here

Walked out after waiting 15 minutes to get waited on. Worker was cussing in the back and rude. Always have to wait for a hot and ready pizza. Gave this place many tries and will never go back. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

This use to be my favorite lil Caesar’s because they food was always fresh. But I don’t know what changed in the last couple months but the service and the food is terrible compared to how my food was before. There was a man with long dreads that worked there and he ALWAYS made sure my food was fresh. Idk if the changed the employees but everytime we ask for crazy crust bread they either don’t put it up there at all or just sprinkle Parmesan cheese up there like we can’t tell the difference. There was actually a time an employee gaslit my friend tell him that it was crazy crust but he was clearly looking at the pizza and knew there wasn’t crazy crust up there but the employee kept saying “yes it is” with a straight face knowing there was completely nothing on the crust😒😒😒😒. Just ridiculous. And also what the heck is going on with the crazy bread??? Just be giving out old crazy bread and don’t even care smh. Do better.

I sat at the drive thru for no one to respond, so I went inside and stood for about 10 minutes before anyone even speakes meanwhile I'm looking at 3 different people having conversations. Then, for one conversation to finally end to get food, I get back to my destination to see how terrible the food looked and tasted. I won't do it again!
I ordered through the drive through, I get up to the window to pay, I was told the card reader is down and I needed to go around the building He said he's been telling ppl the same thing all day.. really? Maybe give customers a warning when ordering. I park and go inside.. Then the wait was entirely too long never again.

My order was placed at 8:07. I sat in the drive-thru from 8:20 to 9:00. My pizza and wings were cold. Do not go to this location at night. There was no sense of urgency. A complete lack of valuing the customer's time or money.

Door dash order: Whoever is making the crazy bread should be fired! I can’t believe I payed $20 for 2 of these including paying extra for 3 cheese jalapeños sauces that they failed to bring! We get crazy bread at least once a week and this was our first time from this location. The bread was hard and crusty. Pathetic!
