This is the first time I've been here, I believe in giving second chances. YOU WONT GET A THIRD, Manager very rude, suggested i was saying different orders. I tried to explain the oder, she tried to add extra payment. Until you change managers Me and my family, coworkers will never come here again. I have never had to deal such rudeness from anyone.

Id give zero if I could. Went through the drive thru for a hot and ready and waited well over 40 min. Everyone in front and behind me ended up just leaving. Went in the store and couldn't get help. Insanity

I ordered 14 pizzas for an office luncheon about 45 minutes before we needed them. When I walked in they were already done, no waiting! Fast and efficient! The guy even helped me carry them out. Usual good, quality pizza!

Extremely poor service. We ordered well ahead of time. Ran errands and arrived later than the it being “ready” and STILL waited another hour to get our pizza. Literally got OUT my car in the drive thru to go inside see what’s going on. Employees talking and chit chatting, audibly cursing and carrying on. Customers not being tended too. Waited a while in lobby no one ever came. Finally got in my car and waited even longer to finally get my food. Very unprofessional and once again another establishment pushing people away from Portsmouth!

I made an order for an extra most bestest cheese, waited for almost 1 hour plus there was no AC….

their hours are lies and their website sucks i tried to place a pickup order at 9:45 and it says they close at 11, turns out they close at 10 now i have to go through the trouble of getting a refund. fix your hours stop taking my money

I’d give them zero stars if I could still write a post but this is the worst location to get Little Caesar’s. I’ve had frustrating experiences here before but I keep giving them a chance, not anymore. Pulled up to the drive through, first of all it’s so quiet that you have to strain to hear the person. Placed my order and pulled up to the window, I was the second person in the drive thru and only one car parked in front of the store and he was heading inside. Waiting for my pizza and to pay, 10-15 min go by and no one even comes to the window or anything. Irritated at this point so I drive back around to communicate again with the employee. I inform him that I’ve been waiting and no one has showed up. He says he is only one person and there are people before me, i see more cars have pulled up to the front and instead of going in order of people that show up, he helps them first and leaves me hanging. Unprofessional, and horrible service. Definitely not hot or ready at this location.
