their hours are lies and their website sucks i tried to place a pickup order at 9:45 and it says they close at 11, turns out they close at 10 now i have to go through the trouble of getting a refund. fix your hours stop taking my money

I’d give them zero stars if I could still write a post but this is the worst location to get Little Caesar’s. I’ve had frustrating experiences here before but I keep giving them a chance, not anymore. Pulled up to the drive through, first of all it’s so quiet that you have to strain to hear the person. Placed my order and pulled up to the window, I was the second person in the drive thru and only one car parked in front of the store and he was heading inside. Waiting for my pizza and to pay, 10-15 min go by and no one even comes to the window or anything. Irritated at this point so I drive back around to communicate again with the employee. I inform him that I’ve been waiting and no one has showed up. He says he is only one person and there are people before me, i see more cars have pulled up to the front and instead of going in order of people that show up, he helps them first and leaves me hanging. Unprofessional, and horrible service. Definitely not hot or ready at this location.

I ordered from this location in error on DD two pepperoni puffs and a Pepsi. Took an hour to make and get to me. Then when I got it I got cheese puffs and a cherry Pepsi. Good thing I ordered thru DD they refunded my entire order. Never again.

I started coming to this location because the other location I usually go to it just completely terrible as far when it comes to customer service the co workers over there are just plain rude. Well this location is much better it meets the expectations of what good customer service suppose to be like. Staff are friendly and helpful and I will continue to go here. I always get greeted and treated good every time I come here. And the pizza, breadsticks are good as well.

I placed an order online at 8pm for pickup at 850pm.. they cancelled my whole order due to certain items that are not available after a certain time...I was very upset because they could have called me and asked if I would like to substitute for certain things and they said that they didn't have my phone number to contact me... so they told me that I could replace the order but that I would have to wait another 45 minutes... they're rude and very unprofessional

Went through the drive-through told me he would bring my food out and then forgot about me and then got upset because I asked for my food and told me I was a Karen. I felt like it was ghetto and I felt like I was nice waiting 45 minutes for my food that they forgot about.i wasn’t rude and this location needs to do better.

Had to update after looking at my food. Pizza is flat on half. 3 flat doughy “bread sticks” for 6 dollars and half a thing of sauce. Trash.

I work at a hospital. And I waited an hour before calling the store my self after door dash had falsely told me my order was still on the way.

After arguing with little Ceaser’s corporate phone service demanding my money back and restitution for not having any food and making me wait till other pizza shops were closed. I was then dodged by another corporate phone person and the Portsmouth location workers while still on the phone with the second service member I was unfortunate enough to deal with.

I asked for a gift certificate or maybe something like free bread sticks for the inconvenience and they replied with “little ceasers doesn’t do that” this corporation and its people don’t care about you or your family, and I will act accordingly until a suitable mends is made.

I said in line for at least 20 minutes in the Drive-Thru while I was sitting there someone came out and said they have been waiting over an hour for their Pizza that store is a waste of time these new management and employees I recommend you steer clear

This place is awful. Not a clean feeling. Employees actively ignore you. Promise times from the app wildly inaccurate. Took 2 hrs to get my pizza when quoted 30 min.

Hey Mike is the guy who makes the best and will get it right he does it all takes time to get everything done right and he will bring it to you in the parking lot if it's busy he will be there for you and is one of the best people working in the place will be there for a while I hope all ways nice and helpful he is going to be a great asset to your business
