Young guy told me at drive thru, that all they had was pepperoni pizza, I said okay I’ll take that. Another gentleman came to the window and said, we’re closed for cleaning. I told him his co worker just mention all they had was pepperoni pizza. He slammed the drive thru window. I will never return to this one again. Very rude, cussing and fussing to make a pizza.will be calling customer service regarding this issue.

The service was awful as an employee was screaming from the front of the restaurant to tell me that the drive though was closed. He used foul language screaming at someone else who was asking how long an order would take. I was not greeted upon entering and the employee walked away from the counter after I stated my name for the order. He returned to say the order was not ready, but he did not give a timeline of when it might be done. He left the front again and did not return. I left after waiting, and I never received the order.

The walkway walking up to Little Caesar really needs a good cleaning. I called my order in. Customer Service was amazing, and the pizza and the crazy puffs were great.

Just pure garbage. Like I get it’s fast food, but the least they could do is call and say hey we don’t have what you ordered so we have to cancel. Instead 3 drivers waited in line, and somehow they told the drivers they don’t have what we ordered but also the store wasn’t answering the phone?Edit to add they were suppose to cancel the order and refund the money and they haven’t. I wish I could give them negative stars. I get they’re a chain or whatever but at this point there should just be a bare minimum expectation.

Service can be hit or miss, and generally I do not mind that except that this most recent experience was a bit of a nightmare. The food is usually pretty good for what it is; my kids definitely love it. My biggest issue was, as I said, the most recent time I came in, when my wife ordered through the mobile app. The drive-thru was closed, which is how I usually do business at this location, so I ended up going inside. I talked with the cashier and let him know I had an order with my wife's name and he returned saying they were finishing it. I ended up waiting around 40 minutes AFTER the time the food was supposed to be ready with no update from the cashier. I left without the food and my wife called the store. What really is upsetting about the whole situation here is that she ended up calling them 16 times before they answered the phone, and then accused me of not telling anyone that I was there to pick up my order. I won't say I will never do Little Caesar's again, but if we do, we will be going to one that comes with less headaches. Standing there, I saw more than a couple people unhappy with their situation at this site, it's unfortunate.

This is the most unprofessional place I’ve ever seen in my life. They gone tell me it’s nothing wrong with my pizza. It was burned and pepperoni was curled up on the pizza.

We went to grab pizza about 8:30pm, the store closes at 10pm. We were told that they would not be serving anyone unless they were a door dash delivery. He was the only employee working and would not serve anyone else.I'm not mad at the worker, he is the only one working and has limits on what he can do. I'm upset because there was only one worker. If all employees quit then that shows that possibly the work enviroment is not good.

Tried to order at 9:30 and all the man could do is complain about how close they are to closing and just seemed like making a single pizza and bread sticks was the end of the world and then wanted to try and charge me extra for my order since “it’s almost time to close” also online says just the pizza was $10 and that has a $1 tip on it I didn’t even tell him breadsticks yet and he already said my total was $13 but “he need $15 since they about to close” never will go here again very poor
