Don't let them tell you only 30 minutes....It shouldn't take an hour to cook a hawaiian pizza. they seem more concerned with filling mobile orders than worrying about the people that are actually waiting in the store for the hour and ten minutes it takes to make two pizzas.

Very poor customer service. Very rude & careless staff. I have made numerous attempts to patron this establishment within long spans of time; however, EACH time results in VERY POOR customer service and long wait times. I'd usually give it another attempt after 4-6 months, but I am finally over it. I am suprised that corporate hasn't stepped in at this point.

A favorite, always convenient, always pleasant and quick service. My favorite order is thin crust pepperoni, SO AFFORDABLE and never disappointed.

Store workers were RUDE and impersonal. Played loud provocative music that was inappropriate for a food establishment open to the public! I will NEVER step foot back in this store again as long as people like them are working there! I used to love coming to this store too! It’s a SHAME!
The owner/manager really needs to get a grip on this store. As I see now all of the other negative reviews!

My husband brought our Great grandson (13 yrs old) here because he chose Little Caesars Pizza 🍕for today after my Ggrandson got his pizza he says it was hot and delicious he even saved himself a few slices for tomorrow

Hard to tell everything. But you drive up and their drive up menu is broken so new customers like myself are clueless on what to order.
The staff are all unprofessional, I pull around front thinking pizzas are hot, fresh and ready and apparently that is only for two types of pizza.
I walk in to ask about the order and asked is my order ready, and immediately the girl says nope, you want a refund?
No thank you, I want my pizzas. So now I have to stand here feeling awkward in an environment that caters to a specific demographic. Totally poor and unfriendly staff, especially when they confront you walking in.
My first and last trip to lil Caesar’s on Tyre Neck rd. My daughter, who just had our grandbaby wanted lil Caesar’s so I thought cool. However, I will not be a repeat customer.
The food gets a one Star, because the Service is one Star.

Hot and ready pepperoni was pretty fresh. Only complaint was my daughter said Mom, someone took half the cheese off the pizza. I told her no, they just didn't put mu h cheese on the pizza in the middle.

The only worker who spoke with me yelled everything she said (she had noise cancelling headphones on), but spoke very few words. No greeting, then just pushed the pizza at me across the counter and walked away.
Our pizza was ready at the promised time and obviously made fresh, but the customer service will keep us from returning.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but after the third time that my mobile order was more than 30 minutes late, I couldn’t let this go. I placed an order on the app at 2:30pm to be ready at 5:30pm. I didn’t receive our order until after 6pm. The workers said they were waiting on the bread (for 20+ minutes), but when I got the pizza + bread, the bread was literally ice cold. There was no way it had just come out of the oven. The worker working the cash register was friendly but I cannot believe this was the third time that my mobile order was 30+ minutes late and it wasn’t even busy inside the restaurant. About 10 minutes I would understand but 30 is insane. The food is always good (minus the cold bread this time?) but I think next time I’ll find somewhere that can have our order ready when we need it - with two little kids we have bedtimes that we need to stick to.

I was absolutely appalled. I placed an online order. Left my house when it said it was ready. I got to the store and pulled to the drive thru. I let them know I had a mobile order and they said pull up.
5 minutes pass:no workers in sight
10 minutes pass: still no workers in sight but I can hear them laughing and joking in the back through the crack in the window.
15 minutes pass: still no sign of workers and 3 more customers just standing at the counter waiting to be spoken to
20 minutes pass: I call the store. Guy answers the phone and I was like hey, im in you're drive thru. My order says its been ready, noone has came up front or said anything and I just want my food. He hangs up the phone and comes to the window to pass me my food. One of the girls was behind him running her mouth talking crap about the fact that I called the store and insisting that my order was still being made. It definitely had been sitting for awhile because it was ice cold and rock hard by the time I got it. I didnt even eat it because they disappeared to the back after the whole interaction with my food and I dont trust it now, especially with the way she way talking about me.
